They delivered excellent craftsmanship and top notch design experience at a fair price. I initially hired Gerber to tune-up all my existing pavers, add a new paver driveway, and add some new path lighting. Adding the new driveway was somewhat of a challenge as the adjacent paver sidewalks were initially constructed over 10 years ago. So, Gerber was able to find a great match to my existing pavers and masterfully piece the new driveway together in such a fashion where old and new appear seamless. Amazing!!! During the process, we learned that his team also offered landscaping. So as the hardscaping and lighting was coming to an end, his team met with us for a design consultation. Both Kathy and Katherine brought some great experience/knowledge to assess our current situation and offered wonderful ideas to the overall design. We loved what we heard and proceeded with the landscaping work immediately. In the end, we could not be happier! And we look forward to using Gerber and his team should we have any additional hardscaping, landscaping, or lighting needs in the future.

The patio now looks fantastic and is level, clean, and professionally finished. Throughout both projects, the team was reliable, hardworking, detail oriented, and respectful of our property. From my initial outreach, Greg was at my place well inside of 24 hours taking measurements. I had an estimate in my inbox before end of day, and we agreed to proceed straight away. Within 72 hours from initial outreach, I had an incredible new floor installed and drying - ready for the contractor to pick up his work a day or two later. Greg was polite, patient, and professional and his team left a clean job site despite incredible efficiency in getting their work done. Greg uses top notch product that you can just tell will last the test of time, and I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment with this upgrade we made to our home. Bottom line, if you're considering epoxy or similar finishes and you're in the DMV, give Greg a call.

He took over an hour to measure everything and sent me the lumber quote he received so that I was fully informed, then we talked labor. He would point out problematic areas (like rotting framing) and would ask me if I wanted to have it replaced rather than just covering it up with the new surface. He did an amazing job that had my mom's tenants and the neighbors complementing the work and I felt the price was very reasonable. Based on that job, I brought him out to take a look at my townhouse to possibly replace the siding and he suggested sanding, priming and painting instead due to the price of replacement. They sanded almost every square inch of it, primed it (in some areas twice) with a peeling paint primer that is like glue to fill in gaps and keep the rest of the old paint from peeling, and then put a double coat over everything. When they finished, I was surprised to find that they had power washed our patio, porch, and front half-height fence and even painted the fence though we never talked about doing any of that work. I felt compelled to pay him extra. Deck Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wELQYf0YGKY

So, we decided to bring them back this year when our front walkway was quite literally falling apart. Pros: they do good work. Cons: the crew will pee on your property. Not in a bathroom. Outside. And then they will lie about it. To add more context- the crew was working on my FRONT walkway. They made it a point to let themselves in my BACK yard through the gate, walk to the corner of my yard where my shed is, move a gate that was blocking a space next to the shed, and peed there. Several of them did it the second they began the job. The owner doesn't care and will turn it around to make you look like the problem. So, if you're cool with that, then go ahead and move forward with them. However, know that you'll be paying a premium price for a company and project crew that couldn't care less about disrespecting you or your property. Just an honest review. It's unfortunate, but if that's how Jeff wants to run the business, then that's his problem.
