This particular Jos A Bank has been my go to off and on for years. When I had a job that required…read morebusiness attire I shopped here. Over the past several years I've held a position that leaned toward much more business casual. I've recently accepted a new job, so my attire is going back to business professional. For my birthday my wife went into this store to help replenish my shirt supply. She received great customer service from the store manager personally. This place always has some kind of sale. The no iron dress shirts ended up being $39.00 each. My wife stocked me up with shirts shoes ties and socks. I had a few exchanges. I went in yesterday. The manager recognized me by my son and therefore greeted me and told me happy birthday. She helped with my exchanges and made some suggestions for a couple bold choices my wife made that I'm no where near cool enough to pull off. The manager price matched the shoes from another company selling the same shoe at a lower advertised price. She rush ordered a belt and a shirt and had them shipped to my house at no charge as they didn't have my size in those styles in store. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful friendly staff. Another employees stepped in as the manager had an appointment that took her out of the store. The transition was smooth and the manager gave the employee instructions on completing the rush ordered items at no charge. I was very pleased with the pricing on the no-iron shirts. The best I usually find is 3 for $125 -$150 on a good day in an outlet for Brooks Bros. I will be back. If you're in the market for business attire this store has a solid selection. Check the upcoming sale ads.

Prior to the other sporting goods store opening a location in this area (a few years ago now), this…read moreplace was the only show in town for brand name sporting goods that were a cut above department store offerings. The staff here are friendly and the prices don't indicate that they are (were) the only show in town. Store is clean and organized (men's and women's have their own areas). Small selection of actual sporting equipment on hand. For the size of store, a really good selection of shoes to browse, but another nice thing, they aren't so crowded that nobody offers to help you. They are good about checking on you and making sure that you don't need any help for anything which is a nice touch. I will continue to shop here and check out what they have before trying other locations in the area.

They were saying not to give us a discount that the store was having for 30% off. One of the girls says "why". The other says "money". And the other says "why you say that" the other says "because of her hair". So we're discriminated against because of our hair? The girl who initiated the conversation then says "I'm going out to my car, I can't wait for 45 minutes to come" I work in retail, I get it. I understand. But this was highly unprofessional and disgusting. The assumption by how we look for a little discount that we didn't even ask for is insane. We went back in to return the items. We will not be back for business. We will be posting this on social media for others to know, if you are brown or even look brown, Not to come in here because we look too foreign.

I love how comfortable they are and consider this purchase a good wardrobe investment.
