I called in September. Same old shit. Once we hit the one-year mark, I was mad. My patience had been tested. I asked the manager to give me a call. The next day Yvette calls me and is very apologetic. Turns out, THE ORDER FOR THE PART HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. I'm not even joking. They kept assuring me that "they had problems with this repair person not following-through" So the people in the office kept assuring me the part was backordered, which was a bold-faced lie.
