As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers. They did send me a receipt with the cardigan, which I kept, but sent me a receipt from another customer with their master card number. How irresponsible! I asked the manager if I could just get a store credit ..her reply was No without a receipt. She told me I could get something for $13, nothing in that store was $13 at that time. I was in there today,Feb 10 to take care of this matter. I work retail and understand how important customer service is. I'll never shop at the Galleria ZARA!
