As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable.
