During this meeting he gave us some pricing and discussed our budget. The numbers he provided and the fabric we selected were in that budget. We wanted to move forward, but I forgot the nice gentleman's name. I called in to get some information and a lady answered. She was also pleasant so I described what we were needing. She offered to come to our house and take his measurements. I explained the exact colors we were interested in and asked her to text us some samples so neither of our time is wasted. She also provided us with some loose numbers which were also in alignment with what the original rep quoted us. Our appointment comes and there's a man with her. A different man than the one I met before. I believe his name was Richard. This man was the most disrespectful individual I've ever met in my life. He was insulting and wildly unprofessional. After their unnecessarily long presentation the price he quoted us was DOUBLE then what was originally quoted by 2 other individuals. In addition, once we stated we were not interested. He high tailed it out of our house without even shaking our hands and just walked away. The issue for us is the bait and switch. I'm sure they make a lovely product but we can't in good faith spend money with a company who has terrible customer service. I was hoping the lovely lady was going to follow up and ask for feedback, but it's been a few weeks and I've heard nothing from them. It's unfortunate it ended this way but I did want to warn future shoppers.

He…read moreagreed that it was not properly tailored and agreed to provide a full refund and I returned the suit to the representative. However, no refund has appeared on my credit card. At this point they have more than $2,000 and the suit and I have nothing. On the one hand they can instantly charge my credit card using their phone app back at the point of purchase but when it comes to providing a refund they cannot provide a receipt and are unable to process the refund on site. Ordered a suit in January. In March it arrived but the jacket was roughly a size 46 when I am a size 43. The waist was about a size 36 when I am about size 33. The only thing that matters to get right was the length of the pants. So they took new measurements and made adjustments. I finally received the suit in June. They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!

I feel like that should be shared prior to someone ordering one. ALSO any other place that claims to be a custom suit place and is under $3K is also made out of the country. Onto the suit I ordered... Pablo was the manager and was absolutely amazing working with me through the process, texting me every step to the way and letting me know when to expect the suit. Customer service at this location is next level. My suit came in probably at exactly 4 weeks and it fit perfectly. I must say I'm a lot happier with it than I thought I'd be and I didn't even need to get it tailored or fixed up. Now I have yet to wear it out so like all clothes, that is usually when I'll notice how comfortable it is / if it fits right.
