We found this restaurant, situated in a quieter part of the town centre, purely by accident. We weren't even sure at first that this was a restaurant, but it is. The interior is kept simple and so is the menu: we both took a daily menu consisting of starter, main course and dessert at 28 EUR a person. This is a modern cuisine without frills: they make extensive use of fresh spices and vegetables in different shapes and forms. I'm trying to recall what the starter was - it will come back - but the main course was cod over fried small potatoes (kriel aardappelen). I made a mistake with the dessert: I took cheese (which was very good) but I saw that the other dessert offered an interesting composition of green apple prepared in 3 ways: a cream, a sorbet and some finely diced pieces.
