The staff were very responsive, the online tools to rent the unit were easy-to-use, and the overall cheerfulness and kindness of the staff were a great encouragement to me on what was a rather stressful weekend. I've rented from a number of storage units over the years, and I was very favorably impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the folks at Axess. The "only" space that was available was twice the size and price of the one I reserved. I was then asked to provide a different email address than my U-Haul account was under "for security reasons". This is the address the "new" reservation was placed under. Later I received an email to ask for feedback on why I was I was a "no show" for the original reservation placed under my original U-Haul account. I contacted the manager with no response. The staff told me they were the only U-Haul in a town with two universities so customer service didn't matter.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

The only downside is there is no online presence/website so I had to call each month and either wait for a call back or talk with the manager and give my card over the phone. Additionally, deposited are returned via physical check versus direct deposit. It's very old school system so please be patient.
