When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was given excuses and inconsistent explanations. I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was sent to a generic service email and have not been given any verified way to contact the owner directly. The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance. At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I'm still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility or even provide proper communication. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before purchase and being cautious about the level of support you may receive afterward.

The car is a 2016 KIA Sorento and it looks and runs great without any issues. My daughters car is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and it runs and looks terrific. Both vehicles are affordable and they both have a 1 year warranty with them. The staff there is extremely helpful and they bend over backward to get you into a vehicle within your budget. By the way, I have terrible credit and it did not matter at all! You would be wasting time and money if you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Why not go where you win all the way around? Oh, I read some other reviews and the people who talk bad about this place are either smoking something they shouldn't be, or they got this place confused for someplace else, or maybe both!
