Definitely 5 stars, I went just to know what I needed to buy a vehicle and they ask me for all the info first and before to run my credit they ask me if they can and also explain to me how much the payments will be. They believed that I can go with a brand new vehicle so I believed in them and I got approved. They also explain me all the features on the car and show me how to use it, that was the best thing besides explain to me all the guarantees the vehicle has. I extremely recommend Carlos Cesar Coss, if you need someone that can speak Spanish he would definitely help you out. I really think everyone is really good over there, but Carlos goes one step ahead for showing me how to use every single feature in the car. That was amazing because we didn't ask for it. Very happy with my new vehicle!!!

A tracking device Ancira is putting on cars WITHOUT permission!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This place deserves ZERO stars. Kia owners need to be aware of the scam Ancira Kia has been doing to unsuspected customers. When you take your vehicle for maintenance, the dealer has been installing trackers on your vehicles. This could be for any number of reasons, but the fact that they are not informing the customer raises major concerns. Check your vehicles for any after-market devices. Call and report this to police. When I asked why this was placed on my vehicle, I was hung up on by the dealership.

The day this happened. FOUR HOURS at ANCIRA KIA with a 2022 K5 GT with 3000 miles. First Service, WORST EXPERIENCE.

Bought a 2022 K5, on the way home the first day the TPMS light turned on. Went to 2-3 Discount Tire Shops around the city; each said the tires were fine. No punctures, perfect air pressure. LIGHT would not turn off. Six weeks later, made an appointment for its first OIL Change and to have the TPMS system checked out. Arrived at dealership at 8am, two hours later at 10am, I asked for status update.. "still working on it sir".... At NOON, I started to get upset and asked for my car to be pulled up. Remember, I had an appointment for this. (oil change and tpms check) I saw people come and go ALL MORNING and here I am STILL WAITING AROUND. At NOON, the older hispanic Service Technician comes out of the bay and tells me, it was a BAD VALVE..had to replace the VALVE and they finally found the issue. The very young and pleasant service advisor checked me out and I went back home. What do you think happened on the way home? THE LIGHT CAME RIGHT BACK ON AFTER DRIVING 10 MINS DOWN THE ROAD. I nearly had a medical episode how upset I got, I decided NOT to go back to the dealership because I would have lost my professionalism. I called the dealership and spoke with the Service Advisor. I asked him, does your dealership put the Oil Change Sticker on the inside top left corner of the windshield when it gets an oil change at the dealership. He responds, "yes". Um, sir. You guys forgot to put the damn sticker on the windshield. Unbelievable, its the little things; but I feel bad for not noticing that before I left. IT GETS WORSE EVERYONE: PLEASE READ!! I opened up the dealership paperwork from the service visit and read it top to bottom. The OIL CHANGE shows Parts/Labors line for line for everything that was used and replaced with a corresponding part number and cost. Under TPMS DIAGNOSIS- IT says, "RESET SENSOR"!!!!!!!!!!!! The service technician said, that after FOUR HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP they had replaced the BAD TIRE VALVE and it wouldn't happen again. NOWHERE ON THE PAPERWORK does it say anything associated with replacing anything. It just says RESET SENSOR. I HATE HATE HATE BEING LIED TO. If the tech would have solved the actual problem, it wouldn't have turned back on 15 minutes later down the road. IF something was replaced in this issue, wouldn't it have a part number or a labor rate associated with the replacement part/time? Mhmm. THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED THREE MONTHS AGO and STILL HAS the light ON. EVEN THE LOJACK/KAHU module was not installed correctly. ALSO HAD TO GET THIS REPLACED DURING THIS VISIT. How can I trust to go back to this dealership ever again? Its only a TPMS sensor light... what if the car actually had a serious problem. How many hours would I spend at the dealership then? Oh btw, loaner vehicles are not available so I have to get a ride from someone or take a day off from work and hangout at the dealership. WHAT A TERRIBLE experience and we are first time KIA buyers, too... The service visit/appoinment was on December 9th, 2021. 2022 KIA K5 GT White. ISSUES: 1. NO OIL CHANGE STICKER (no biggie) 2. LIED ABOUT FIXING TPMS SENSOR, light is still on 3. FORCED us to buy LOJACK/KAHU for $1695 when we purchased and it didn't work on the vehicle. HAD to ALSO GET THIS REPLACED during this visit. BTW, ask Dalton about his leadership not selling us a second KIA on the SAME DAY because the dealer couldn't come down an extra $1000 or give an extra $1000 on the trade. (2021 Forte GT, you had three red at the time) The following weekend, we went to World Car and purchased the same vehicle. How do you lose a second sale for less than $1000? Btw, three months later you still had the vehicle on the lot. WTG.

I called and the gentleman answered promptly and said they would call me after they were done with another vehicle so they could arrange a time. 6-7 hours no call back. I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time

Y/D Automotive Mobile Services was one of the first to reply and also one of the most reasonably priced options for diagnostic testing. We received a clear quote up front, and they were very transparent about the service area, letting us know there would be an additional charge if we were outside their 20-mile radius. I appreciated that honesty and made sure to confirm the distance between us. We were assured our home was within range, which made scheduling easy. We set an appointment just a couple of hours later. When we received the text that he had arrived, my partner in crime went out to meet him, and he got straight to work. The whole process felt efficient and professional. When I finally went outside to hear the verdict, it turned out the issue wasn't nearly as bad (or as expensive) as I had feared, which was a huge relief. Y/D also let us know he'd be ready to come back out to complete the repair whenever we're ready. So far, the experience has been smooth, transparent, and reassuring. I'll be following up with another review once the repairs are completed, but this was a very solid first impression.

I found my new auto repair shop in San Antonio!…read more I requested a quote early on a Tuesday morning for battery install service. I had purchased a replacement battery, but needed install assistance since the battery sits behind my driver side wheel. The owner, Kareem, responded *immediately* with shop location, hours, and the number to reach the shop manager, Jacob, to discuss specifics. Very friendly and engaging interaction with the owner. I gave Jacob a call, and he gave me a very reasonable quote and best time to come in for service. He even gave me knowledgeable recommendations for the best battery to buy for my vehicle, and he was *on-point* because it was the same brand I bought after researching with glowing reviews (Interstate). When I arrived, Jacob not only greeted me kindly but offered water and the TV remote while I waited for my battery to be switched out. I saw a sparkling clean restroom for customers, as well. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. From the owner to the manager to the pricing to the excellent service (I believe Connor worked on my vehicle) - they have truly earned my business!

I found Triage Automotive using Yelp Projects late at night. Triage was first to reply very early…read morein the morning, which was surprising to me because I had not expected such an early or quick response. Since I knew, in general, what the issue was going to be, I explained the issue, and we made arrangements for me to being my pickup truck in for a free diagnostic. Mind you, the sun hadn't already come up yet, and Triage was open and running already. The auto shop is tucked away off Bitters Rd between several other speciality garages. The waiting area was a clean and friendly with a wide window looking into the garage where you can see the mechanics at work. There were amenities such as bags of snacks, coffee, a water cooler, and a television. They had immediate availability and were quick to confidently diagnose the exact issue showing me the problem. A quote for the part I needed, as well as the removal and replacement of said part, was written up, and the owner offered to drive me to home or work while the repair was performed. I took him up on it, and he's a great guy. Keep in mind, all of this happened before other auto shops even opened for the day! Jacob, the manager and mechanic who worked on my vehicle serviced it promptly, letting me know status periodically. Since it was a reasonably simple repair, Jacob picked me up early that afternoon to take me back to the shop and finalize the service. My pickup was repaired, and I was back on the road before any other auto shops had even answered my Yelp Projects inquiry. The shop I had previously used for service had scheduled me three days out. As someone who does mechanic work myself and relies on my vehicle, I can confidently say Triage's expertise and urgency in getting me back on the road kept my business running with minimum downtime. The price was fantastic on labor too. Very competitive. I will be recommending them in the future for sure!
