This is a nice boutique on Metarie Road and I was here right before Christmas so there were sales galore. I would call the style here "casual chic" and a lot of the tops can be easily paired with jeans or leggings. When I was here I picked up a "final sale" sweater that was really nice and I was pleased with the way the clothing fits. I've found that a lot of these brand boutiques have odd sizing, but it seemed pretty accurate here. They also have a nice selection of "last minute" items like makeup and accessories so it's a great place to start if you are shopping for a gift and have a feel of someone's personal style.

I wasn't looking for anything in particular on the day I was here, but quite a few sparkly pairs definitely made me wish that I had a prom or a fancy event to go to. Shoes are well priced at about the same price as most Payless shoes these days and they have a HUGE selection of everything from sneakers to flats, sandals and pumps. They also have handbags, mens shoes and kids shoes, if you happen to be in the market for something like that. Recently having relocated from S. Carrolton Ave. to Magazine St., Life Boutique is expanding their merchandise and have taken advantage of their narrow space. They informed me that they will soon be carrying GoddessWear which is so exciting! The only other place I have ever seen it sold is at GallaCabana in Santa Cruz, California and it isn't sold anywhere online.
