I found a super cute top on sale but the dress I fell in love with was something I didn't want to spoil myself with right after Xmas. I mentioned to the stylist to call me if it ever went on sale as I was leaving. And Gia, the stylist, text me about an hour later saying they added it to the sale rack. Now THIS is customer service. Everything in the store is cute and fun, and there is a wide variety of items. Pieces you could easily use for business casual or something to stand out of the crowd. I will definitely be going back to this shop. Bonus: easy parking! They have a lot right in front of the store.

I've done this twice, and both times the two different women were incredibly nice, professional and made my birthday suit feel more like a bathing suit. They tailor your color to your natural undertones (the recipe above is my own concoction) and save it in their system for the next time you want to be a bronze beauty without the bad side effects. They also give you tips on how to to keep your glow longer. This isn't a permanent fix for your entire summer, so do it more so for a special event. Also...no spray tan is going to look 100% natural, but spending a few more bucks on the professionals at Fini is absolutely worth it over the automatic spray tanning beds. Their boutique is also ridiculously cute. Think Magazine or Maple Street boutique but without the pain of trying to find a parking spot. Word to the wise though, it's off of Harrison on General Diaz. The street looks like an earthquake rocked it so be wary if you're trying to go there on a rainy day. That hole will fill up like a bath tub. But once you're in there, you'll see they have really great belts, unique jewelry and a wide sales rack, and sometimes if you're lucky, they've popped a bottle of champagne to enjoy!

I didn't find the dress, but I left with the cutest shirt ever. And it was on sale!! Win - Win!! I'll certainly return and I'd highly recommend this little gem!

Each piece is limited to very few so you know not everyone will be running around in the same outfit you have! I wound up purchasing a classic navy and white stripped off the shoulder pantsuits ($69), the EXACT style I have been on the hunt for unsuccessfully until hitting up Armoire, and an adorable marble clutch with brush gold clasp ($38) large enough to hold my massive phone which I had yet to find anywhere after YEARS of looking!! I was also able to use 10% off with my Yelp check in! Thrilled!! A friend I was shopping with snagged a gorgeous beaded evening gown to wear to our friend's wedding for just $65 right off the sale rack! Unreal! No doubt will I be hitting up Armoire when I'm in town again! Soooo worth the journey down to Magazine Street. Take the street car!! Sales staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Accessories and select home decor items were wonderful also! What a fab find! *Follow them on Instagram and shop their racks online!

This experience was so disappointing that I feel other customers should know what to expect…read more I purchased an expensive necklace online, and when it arrived, it was missing the clasp entirely, making it impossible to wear. When I contacted customer service, I expected them to immediately apologize and offer either a replacement or a full refund. Instead, they told me they had photographed the necklace before shipping and that the clasp was visible in their photo...strongly implying that the necklace left their store intact and casting doubt on my report. As a customer, it was incredibly frustrating to feel as though I had to defend my honesty rather than have my legitimate concern addressed. Their proposed solution was equally disappointing. Rather than replacing the defective item or issuing a refund, they said they would contact the designer, obtain a replacement clasp, and mail the part to me so I could have the necklace repaired. I was astonished that they expected me to coordinate repairs on a brand-new item that arrived unusable. I purchased a finished piece of jewelry - not a repair project. The responsibility for correcting a defective or incomplete product belongs with the retailer, not the customer. Quality products should come with qualitycustomer service. Instead, I was left with an unusable necklace, my integrity questioned, and no meaningful effort to make the situation right. Based on this experience, I would not purchase anything from FebeClothing ever again.

Five days later I finally get a not so warm and fuzzy email telling me the 50% off was limited to three items and I needed to tell them which ones I wanted the discount on or they would select for me out of whatever inventory they have left. What???? I didn't apply the discount. They did! Whatever you have left, you'll pick? And charge me full price for everything else or not process it? If your website can keep up with your inventory or a sale you are running maybe your sale needs to be in store only. Sorry you screwed up. All I did was place a very large order I will no longer be purchasing. I requested cancellation. I also needed several of the items for a baby shower that had passed by the time you emailed me. I recently purchased a dress online and had it delivered to the store for pickup. I was not notified when the dress arrived, so by the time I went to pick it up approximately two weeks later, I discovered that the dress had a hole in it. I was extremely disappointed to then be made to feel as though I should somehow be responsible for an item that was damaged before I ever took possession of it. What bothered me even more was the response I received when I called the store manager to address the situation. I was told, "It was a cheap dress anyway." Regardless of the price of an item, that is an incredibly dismissive and unprofessional way to speak to a customer--especially a loyal customer who has supported this boutique many times. The issue is not simply the cost of the dress. It is about customer service, accountability, and how a customer is treated when there is a problem. I expected the store to stand behind the merchandise it sold and handle the situation professionally. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed the way I feel about shopping here. A loyal customer should never be made to feel that their purchase or concern does not matter simply because someone considers the item "cheap."
