I said ok he ordered the glass and within about a week he was there and replaced the two large picture windows. I had called two other glass companys some didnt call for 4-5 days and then they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even come out to measure. There was one other company that was very good to respond with measuring and quote but they were quite abit higher priced.

He was most cordial and apologetic for the manner in which the bill for our service was handled. We discussed their rates and I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at their offices to pick up the check, Steve insisted on a full refund, apologized again and indicated the technician was new at the time of service and has since learned the proper way to do business per their company policy.
