Great place to visit and buy some quality, local bison meat. These bison roam freely around the hills and lake. How cool is that?!

But what made it truly unforgettable was Rachel and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Rachel made everything feel easy. She's organized, intuitive, calm, and somehow manages to be both laid-back and on top of every detail. I never felt overwhelmed, never stressed. I fully trusted her, and that trust paid off a thousand times over. The florals were perfect--gorgeous but not fussy, exactly in tune with the setting and the vibe we'd envisioned. Her staff was so kind and attentive, and the whole event flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and presence. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was, but also how relaxed and fun the day felt. There was no pretense or pressure--just love, laughter, tacos (SO GOOD), and pure joy. Rachel also helped us source our hair and makeup artist (who was amazing), our dessert vendor (adorable and delicious), and even supported our late-night In-N-Out plan. She managed every piece of the puzzle with grace and humor, and made sure we got to actually enjoy our wedding day. (Which we did. Fully. With Palomas. And a piano man. And guacamole on my dress.) We've joked with our guests about making this an annual thing, and honestly? We might not be joking. Yokayo is that special. And if you're lucky enough to have Rachel by your side, you're in very good hands.

Every wine…read morethat I tried just kept getting better and better and I soon realized that they were all just delicious. Came here during a wine tasting event and left with 3 bottles of wine. And this was only the second winery that I had been to during the event. I usually try not to purchase too heavily at the beginning of a wine event because I tend to find great wines at the last wineries that I visit. But woo wee, I struck gold here and couldn't leave without some wine. Rivino is a family owned boutique winery that's nestled in the hillside of Ukiah. This is not typically where I go wine tasting, but this wonderful wine tasting event exposed me to what I've been missing on this side of town. Their grounds are extremely charming! Their estate overlooks their beautiful ranch and vineyards and also features an entertainment space where they throw events and have live music from time to time. Winemaker Jason McConnell was there at the event pouring wines and mingling with guests and staff. He is definitely a character and has so many entertaining stories. You can tell that he really enjoys producing his wine and he is super confident about it too. But he has a right to be because wow is that wine delicious! Not only did he pour us their special event wines, but he also hooked us up with tastes of several of his personal faves. He even asked me what my favorite wines were and had me taste a few wines that he knew would satisfy my palate. What's amazing is that they have great whites AND reds. Usually I've found that one is better than the other, but they are both superb here. Oh yeah, and they're Blanc de Blanc Sparkling is also delicious! Their white wines are top notch. I was extremely impressed with their Pinot Blanc, Estate Chardonnay, and Viognier. Pinot Blanc is usually hard for me to find unless i'm in or near this area (Mendocino/Anderson Valley), so I knew I was going home with a bottle of it right after the first sip. Their estate Chardonnay is so crisp, citrusy, and tropical. I had to have it. So amazing. And their reds! To die for. Loved their estate Sedulous Red Blend and their yummy Cab Franc, but ultimately fell in love with their bright and fruity Tiger Juice red blend. So joyfully fruity and jammy. It also came home with me. Yeah, their wines are definitely fine with me. The only reason why I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because a few of the staff members had attitudes and some of the exchanges between these ladies and the winemaker were kind of weird and at times... uncomfortable. Not really sure what's going on there but take what you want from that information. But even with that, it didn't ruin the fun time that I had here. The wine is superb and I can see why they have so many great accolades in the area.

Inside there's a real, old-fashioned meat counter but they'll also make you one heck of a sandwich. The sandwiches are the subject of this review. Go up to the meat counter and there are slips of paper where you can specify what you'd like on your sandwich. You can detail out the meal right down to the kind of mustard you want on it, and the cheese, bread and meat selection are all terrific. There are certain days where there are hot barbecued pork sandwiches but there's something for everyone. The ladies behind the counter are always very friendly and these are the kind of sandwiches where you have to almost unhinge your jaw to get a good bite, and your mouth will thank you for the effort. The sandwiches are really, really good. Being a market, you can select all sorts of things to go with your sandwich from chips, nuts raw potatoes, etc. etc. Okay, maybe hold off on the raw potatoes but the variety of drinks and side snacks is just what you'd expect in a market. I don't understand why there's a line at any chain sandwich shop within 10 miles of this place as the friendly, English-speaking folks behind the counter make a sandwich that two normal people could easily share and be very satisfied. Even my healthy appetite is challenged by these meals on bread, not like the breadwiches those lousy chains make. The meat here looks good and, again, it's a full little market so they have all sorts of things but the sandwiches are my favorite and make me happy that it's vending machine fillin' day.

I had went in there and saw a cockroach on the floor running, and they messed up on my sandwich.read more

So pizza alone I would give 4 stars. Not the best pizza I've ever had but definitely a respectable pizza. Good crust, good sauce, plenty of toppings, no complaints about the pizza. The arcade had some really nice, newer machines and enough variety that $10 kept each kid busy for half an hour. There was no one manning The ticket-prize counter so we had to ask pizza staff, and they sent someone over on their leisure, a wait of probably 15 minutes. The main issue here is cleanliness. My no-filter matter-of-fact 8 year old said when we walked into the arcade space "mom, why does it smell like a public bathroom in here?" The restaurant area smelled ok, but bathrooms in the restaurant where pretty gross too. Prices were a little high IMO. A one trip salad bar with a small bowl was $9. They also charged .75 cents for a side of ranch "or $8 for a bottle". Where's the roll emoji when I need it. I'm buying 60 bucks in pizza , give me a damn side of ranch. Summary- good pizza but kind of overpriced and not particularly clean.

He was very accommodating during this first meeting. I came back about 6 weeks later, ready to buy. I was absolutely specific in what I wanted based on our initial conversation and my follow up research. Apparently ... he didn't understand. He sent 2 bids plus a bid for some other customer. Both way over my budget. Apparently designed for his use? I called to express my surprise. I was told he was going on a long deserved vacation (not a problem) but another person would take care of my issue. That person sent me another bid. Still too high. Still not what I asked for. He said, "...well, that's what we have in stock ... AT ALL GARTON STORES ... there is a brand new model, a 2401, but we can't even get them yet, they're so new. Maybe 6 months." Disappointed!! 2 days later, on a drive north, I stopped at NorCal Tractor in Redding CA (review seperate) on a whim. I gave them my original specs. Sales Rep said, "Uhhh ... that's a really, really old model. We don't even have any of them in our rental fleet!!" But ... they did have 4 of the "impossible to get" D2401 Kubota tractors. That was a Friday at noon. On the following Thursday, NorCal delivered my D2401DT tractor. BTW, did I mention they are 170 miles away? And you know what, I'll probably use them for service even though they told me I could go local. I don't know about the other Garton Tractor stores but, their Ukiah store is off my Christmas list!!
