I had a delivery through Peloton scheduled on Thursday- they pushed it to Saturday due to weather. No problem. My delivery window is from 8 am- 5 pm on Saturday, so I wait all day for the delivery. No text, no call, nothing all day. It hits 6 pm- still no communication. The phones wouldn't let me through, and Peloton did absolutely nothing to help the issue either despite 3 calls figuring out what was going on. read more

Worst delivery experience of my life! They did not provide a window ahead of time. On the day of I ran to my old house to grab a few items. They call me 5 min before they get there and leave a VM (11:55am). I missed the call because I was already heading to my car in an underground garage. The driver, Oscar, calls me at 12:05 and say he is there. I tell him I'm 5-10 min away max. He says he will wait. I get there at 12:14 and he's no where to be found. Call him to ask where he is and the number is now BLOCKED. I immediately call dispatch and they said he has left and will not return. They were completely unhelpful. a couple hours later I was speaking with the sales manager of our community (it is still being built) and mentioned I was supposed to have gotten my furniture delivered. He said "yeah, I saw them earlier. They waited a couple of minutes, if that." I bought all of my furniture from this single furniture store and now have no place to sit until they can reschedule me. Overall, the company had extremely poor communication prior to the delivery, were unhelpful when I reached out to them, and the driver was extremely unprofessional and borderline dishonest. Most unprofessional and undescribable process of delivery. I paid $2000 dollars for my goods, these guys can't even ship from past several weeks. Most painful to talk in the phone. They apologize and keep doing the same mistake of postponing the delivery. I'm very much frustrated with this delivery service. Please ask your vendor before opt for JB Hunt delivery. Had a delivery scheduled for Monday. The item came but was missing a key piece that made it unusable. They scheduled the delivery for the missing piece for Thursday. I had plans to go out of town that day, but they gave me an 8 am - 12 pm window so I accepted. After the 12 pm window came and went, I called several times and kept being told I would receive a call within 15 minutes, and it would be there within the hour. This was never true. The item arrived at 3:30 pm., and my plans to travel are now moved to tomorrow. This is the second time we've ordered something from a company that has partnered with JB hunt for delivery, and the last delivery was terrible, too. The first time, we got a delivery window of 4 hours and they changed it to a 12 hour window the day of. read more

SCAM! My item has sat in a JB Hunt warehouse for over 25 days. Two weeks ago they finally scheduled me for a delivery. On the scheduled day of delivery I waited almost all day. Finally at the end of the day I received a call that a driver was "sick" and they could deliver to me the next day. Waited all day the next day. Turns out my item was NEVER scheduled for delivery and they couldn't even schedule me for another four days. So, two days off from work waiting - then they said I can't even get a window for my "promised" delivery until the evening before. This company is running a sham. This is an item that I purchased from Ballard Design. Due to this situation I will never purchase from them again either. Hunt Chantilly reached out to me and it was clear that she had reviewed my case, as she knew that I only had availability on a specific weekend morning due to my work schedule. She made the delivery happen at a time that worked for me, and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The delivery drivers gave me a 20 minute heads up for delivery, and were likewise friendly and quick. read more

I purchased an appliance that was delivered and to be installed by JB Hunt. On the day of delivery, the drivers/installers told me that I needed to get two things fixed before they could proceed. I obliged, paid to have the items corrected, and rescheduled the installation within 48 hours. The day before my installation, I got a call from the local office (I believe in the Baltimore area), stating that JB Hunt wasn't going to install my appliance because it went against code that they use. I explained that I'd gotten the work professionally done by a reputable company and that the utility company had also approved of it. I also stated that I'd paid to have exactly what the installers told me to get done, and I pretty much got a shoulder shrug. The person who I spoke with (Penny) was abrasive and seemed to be irritable that I was attempting to question the process and explain all that I'd done. Worst delivery experience. It is totally impossible. Rude call center, unprofessional delivery guys, very slow process like in 80's. Strongly urge everybody to look for a different option. Do not torture yourself, even if needed, go to store take your washer/dryer to your shoulder and carry home. Even that would be less painful. read more

The gentlemen arrived early in the delivery window and were very courteous while unpacking and assembling my items. They also worked very quickly and completed everything, to include removal of all the packing material, far earlier than I anticipated. Thanks! read more

My previous delivery/install experience was great but my will-call experience was not pleasant at all. Finding this place is difficult because the sign on the door doesn't say J.B. Hunt and what's there is really small. Once I found the location I walked into an empty waiting area with the phone ringing off the hook. I peaked in a nearby office and someone was on a personal call and couldn't be bothered. 4 minutes later a guy walks in and helps me. From there it took about 7-10 minutes to grab my item. What bothered me is that I had called multiple times and my calls went unanswered. I chalked it up to it being a busy warehouse with a lot of traffic but when I got there I realized that there was no traffic and the ignored calls were due to laziness and personal business, not being busy. read more

ZERO STARS. Bought Costco dishwasher and was expected delivery within one week. When they came to install stated they could not install on subflooring (all previous 3 dishwashers were installed on the subflooring). They stated as soon as we fixed subflooring they would come back to install within 2 days. We put in wood flooring that very day and called back. No response. No response on Monday and I called again to ask for them to come back. Tuesday I was assured someone would come Wednesday. They did not come after I took the day off work to be home for the installation. Then they promised to come on Thursday early am. Another day off work. Did not show again. I called and then they promised Thursday late afternoon. They did not come again. Finally, without calling ahead they show up on Sat. am only to NOT install the dishwasher again as the hoses did not match up. Stated the new hose was 1/8" bigger then the old hose. Had to call another person to finish the job. NEVER AGAIN. Worst customer service ever. read more

J.B. Hunt delivered my furniture I purchased from Bob's Discount furniture store July 2019. I spent the entire time begging the deliver team to watch my wall as they carried the boxes up the stairs. One of the pieces of the furniture I refused delivery because the delivery team could not set it up properly. So the delivery team had to remove it and I guess that upset them because of course they damaged my FRESHLY PAINTED WALL. I made contact with the J.B. Hunt company (Iris Rodriguez and Jessica Serrano) initially Iris was responsive and when it came to how are we going to take care of this all communication ceased. Elevated my complaint to Jessica she sent an email to Iris never answered her either. So when this company comes to delivery stay vigilant because if there is any damage you will be SOL. read more

Worst experience with these people!!! Came to install, said electric line too short, call electrician. While putting water line made a mess in my cabinet with drain water. Didn't tell me or clean up. Rescheduled for another day, didn't show and when I called told me it was for sat. Sat morning while I am waiting by door I got an email saying "customer not available". They left with no call. Ordered theater chairs, they were shipped out and delivered to JB Hunt on 11 Nov 2020. I waited the 48 hours after delivery for the last mile service to call. Nothing. Called on the 16th and told them I was calling about scheduling delivery of my items and was told it hadn't hit the warehouse yet but to call back on Fri if I hadn't heard anything. Called back that Fri (20 Nov) and was given same spiel about not at the warehouse, explained that it the shipping company said they delivered it. Was then told that they hadn't received the delivery notification from the place I bought it from. Fine, called them they sent out a delivery notification. I waited... Called today and was given the not hit the warehouse line for the 3rd time, but I wasn't going to let it go. After explaining yet again that the shipping company says they delivered it and that a delivery confirmation has been sent, the lady I spoke to put me on hold several times, trying to find more information. The last time she put me on hold it disconnected the line. Grrr, called back and I get a guy who gives the same not at warehouse line after I start to explain and I tell him it's at the warehouse, he tries to get someone at the warehouse to look but no one's answering. So that's where I'm at waiting for them to have someone go to the warehouse and find my stuff (probably scan it in to the system) just so they can deliver it... If I could select zero rating I would. Terrible company. Bunch of liars. Bought a washing machine from Costco instead of home depot because it was "white glove" installation including haul away of old washer. Got a phone call last night informing us that our window of delivery would be 1:15-5:15 and that we would receive a call when the delivery truck is 30 minutes out. Got a call this morning @ 11:45 telling us that they are 30-40 minutes out. Waited 3 hours, and they never arrived. Had to call customer service at about 2:00 asking for an ETA. Was told that they would be next up for delivery. 2 hours passed and still no delivery. Called back @ 4:45 to ask about delivery again since delivery was to be made by 5:15. Was told that the truck was back at the warehouse! Customer service said the warehouse said that no one was at home when they came for delivery. That's a bunch of B*** S***! If I know that I'm getting a delivery shortly, why would I not be home! Caller ID shows that the same number that called @ 11:45 also called @ 2:20. Well it seems "came for delivery" means that they called and since no one answered the phone, they didn't bother to come! No one answered because my husband was in the bathroom. Phone call to customer service was escalated to supervisor since I said that washer needed to be delivered tonight since we have been without a washer for 3 weeks. They took my number and said the supervisor would call. An hour later and still no call from the supervisor. When I called back, I was told that the supervisor "just tried to reach out to me". BS again! I've been sitting by the phone waiting for the phone call. Told them I wanted to talk to corporate and they said they'd pass on my message. Yeah right! Should have paid the extra money to get it from Home Depot. Would have only needed to wait a week! read more
