The upfront coast is high to install however the pay off is about 6-8 months down the road with true savings after that, and along the way you have better internet speed and phone service. I'm from a large city where things are done quickly and M-33 did not disappoint. They arrived on scheduled time and worked through cold wet weather to get me up running. Thomas was the main supervisor on the job and was excellent in every aspect.

My service has been down for more than a week, and they have had 4 techs come to my home, and all of them state "they can not repair my line break, that this is another departments job". Absolutley no-one in there office talks with each other or passes along information. I am absolutley at wits end. I have now contacted an attorney, for this has cost me a lot of buisness. I was told that if i wanted to return my newer iPad Pro, they'd wave my restock fee and refund my money. I chose to keep the new iPad and they returned my original iPad. They worked with me but now paying for 2 iPad Pros.. A lot of time wasted. I appreciate them willing to correct their mistake tho. Whoever switched devices, needs to be written up or terminated if you find out who did it.
