I just moved to the area, cell phones did not work, so no hot spot to the internet. I studied all options available and decided that M-33 was the best option. The upfront coast is high to install however the pay off is about 6-8 months down the road with true savings after that, and along the way you have better internet speed and phone service. I'm from a large city where things are done quickly and M-33 did not disappoint. They arrived on scheduled time and worked through cold wet weather to get me up running. Absolutley the worst tech support and customer service. They do not return phone calls, the managment hides from customers, and use the hold button as if they are actually doing something. My service has been down for more than a week, and they have had 4 techs come to my home, and all of them state "they can not repair my line break, that this is another departments job". Absolutley no-one in there office talks with each other or passes along information. I am absolutley at wits end. I have now contacted an attorney, for this has cost me a lot of buisness. Date: 10/24/19 This company M-33 Access came through our area today, Clear Lake Rd. installing there under ground cable. Prior to this a company marked where all the phone lines & power cables where under ground. Well M-33 Access came in front of my property today 10/24/19 installing there cables & sure enough they ripped out my phone line. called there office from a friends house & I told them what happened. There Manager told me Quote Un Quote it's not our problem. I sure figured seeing as they ripped out my phone line the least they could do is contact the phone company to report what happened so my phone line could be repaired. Instead I get IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM ! This is in no means the type of company I want to do business. If they offered me 6 months free I would tell them what they can do with it. By the way this is the second time they ripped up the phone lines. first time I was without a home phone for a week. This time the phone company is telling me 4-5 days till it's repaired. We are a new, local business in Comins, MI. When we opened we wanted to use a local company for our phone service. We went with M33. I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed with a phone service. We decided to switch phone companies and were told we would have service with M33 until the day of the port. As soon as we put in the work ticket to have the number ported, our service stopped. We couldn't receive any incoming calls. Not to mention we only had one line, no caller ID, no call waiting and were charged for every phone call made, local and long distance. Our bills from M33 were about $150 per month. A bit outrageous. I spoke with the "customer service" department which I believe consists of one person. He seemed rather annoyed that I called him regarding the issue. I spoke with him on several occasions and he continued to say it was not their problem, it was the problem of the new phone company.I called the new company and they said our service was with M33 until the day of the port (of our number) and they do not take control until that day. I again spoke with M33 and he again said it's not their problem. He offered me no solution, help nor compensation. He continued to sound annoyed with me so I then asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me through to her voice mail. I did leave a voice mail but I'm not really sure how she is going to contact me seeing as we can't receive incoming calls. If you're thinking of using this company for your phone service, I would not recommend it. It's just my opinion from my experiences and if you do give them a shot, hopefully it works out better for you. read more
