Dear Covenant Roofing Team,…read more I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent roofing improvement work completed on my mobile home. From start to finish, I received the utmost respect, great communication, and service from diligent and skilled professionals. Once I agreed to the project, the team immediately filed for the county permit. Within 24 hours, the roofing materials were scheduled and delivered on Sunday, and the entire job was completed and cleaned up the very next day on Monday. I want to specifically recognize Chris, the sales representative, who was outstanding throughout the process and secured financing with the exact terms we discussed upfront. I also want to commend Austin, the team supervisor from the Leesburg office, who did excellent work leading his crew in 103° feels-like temperatures. I was especially impressed when I messaged Austin on a Sunday expecting a reply the next business day, and he responded within 30 minutes. The best part of the experience was the consistent communication; someone was always keeping me updated and checking in to see if I had any concerns. I deeply appreciate the excellent work and everything Covenant Roofing has done. I would not hesitate to use your services again or refer your business to anyone.

It is now Nov. 3 and I have still not received the quotes. Needless to say, I would not do business with AB Floors & Restoration as they are proven to be unreliable.

Thanks to AB Floors & Restoration, what started as a nightmare couldn't have ended better or…read morequicker. I had the misfortune to notice buckling wood along the end of our kitchen island. Within 48 hrs, it was determined that the drain hose from our dishwasher (which is housed in the middle of a long island) had been leaking. We have wood floors throughout our home, and the water had traveled several feet under the island, causing extensive damage before it made itself evident. I called hardwood floor specialists, general contractors, and AB Floors & Restoration. NOBODY was as equipped to resolve EVERY aspect of this problem as was AB Floors & Restoration. Not only do they have the technical expertise to dry out the wood, remove water, restore floors and cabinets (among other things), but they also have the business acumen to ensure that the process is seamless. They even handle communication with the insurance company. Ronald, one of the owners, explained his expertise in this area and requested to speak with the insurance adjuster directly. He handled the initial visit with the adjuster at our home, and everything Ronald recommended was approved immediately. There were no surprises in the form of additional fees as the job got going. AB is a family business. The owners are present and very responsive. It is obvious that any subs needed are carefully selected excellent craftsmen. I cannot imagine the amount of stress we would have endured had we done this any other way. Without AB Floors, we would have had to hire several different kinds of specialists (i.e. flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, painting, etc.), leaving ourselves in charge and holding the bag whenever something went wrong or when the various specialists bumped into one another. I'm quite certain there also would have been surprises along the way, adding to the cost and the timing. If you are unfortunate enough to have a water problem, particularly one affecting wood floors, you would be very fortunate to have AB Floors & Restorations resolve it for you.

Update to our review of May 4, 2024…read more All the good things I had to say after Greg had his guys redo the poor first attempt at resurfacing our driveway last year went right out the window this morning. I first attempted to contact Greg via email to schedule the agreed upon annual inspection on June 4, 2025. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, he finally responded with a proposal on July 13th which detailed the work to be done at a cost to us of $500. We accepted the proposal that same day. Greg cautioned that he would schedule our work along with other jobs he had in the area, so there could be a wait - which was no problem for us. After hearing nothing for several weeks however, I asked for an update on August 25. He responded on August 28th that he currently had no projects scheduled for the "Deltona or Daytona" areas but would advise when he did. On October 7 he asked if "the next 4-6 weeks" would work for us, to which I immediately said yes, and requested a couple of days advance notice so I could power wash the driveway. Then nothing again for 8 weeks, so I asked again via email on December 7 for an update. Nothing again, so I called and talked directly to Greg on December 17. He was obviously surprised and less than happy to hear from me and arranged to come over on Monday morning 12/22 @ 9:00am to discuss the matter further. He arrived at 8:11 and apparently agitated about something. He then proceeded to tell me immediately that he wanted nothing more to do with us - that we were far out of his normal operational territory and that he simply couldn't afford to support us any further. After some back and forth in which I was trying to figure out just exactly what "maintenance" would be required to keep the driveway looking good, he decided to terminate the meeting by addressing me as "Look Dude, this is going nowhere . . . . . . ." - to which I reminded him I was not "Dude" to him, but instead "Mr. Customer." At this, he departed. I guess he might have thought a bit more about our meeting after leaving because I received a text from him at 9:15am directing me to contact him sometime after the new year, around 1/15/2026 - and not by email (verifiable paper trail?). And for what purpose should I contact Him? To get strung along for another six months? For some more surly treatment? No thanks. Bottom line - these guys are capable of delivering some incredibly nice work; but are equally capable of delivering some incredibly shabby customer service.

We recently moved into a new construction home, and I wanted to get a quality epoxy/polyaspartic coating for our garage floor. I gave them a call and Greg K promptly picked up and answered the many questions I had about the process and quality of their materials. He was no pressure, detailed, and fantastic to work with throughout the process. I've worked with and hired many companies for various services over the years, and I can honestly say that I think my experience with Greg was the best I have ever had, and that's really saying something. Wow, was I impressed. Very professional, responsive, detail-oriented, went above and beyond on numerous occasions. I can't speak highly enough about him. Then there's the quality of the materials and installation. The process spanned a few days due to the number of coats they do, and man was it worth it! They were very detail-oriented and clean throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable as well, considering how many hours they spent with a couple guys each day. I'm very satisfied with the end result! I can't speak to their other services, but if you're looking for quality garage flooring in the Orlando or Clermont area, I highly recommend reaching out to them! And ask for Greg!
