It took us a few weeks to decide and Mitch was patient and communicative the whole time. Once it came time for our install, his team worked diligently to get our gutters up and we love the way they look! When I questioned the bill I got all sorts of explanations and justifications as to why that was a fair price.....including that I was asking for a rush and that I was paying for their expertise. The woman that handled the order never mentioned a rush charge but only that it would take about an hour. And the reason you go to a business that straightens things is because thats what they do..... of course Im paying for their expertise....that's what businesses like this sell... their expertise. A 40 minute job should have cost the minimum $125. How did the bill ever get to $320. I know bad business when I experience it and this was just plain bad business.
