When I questioned the bill I got all sorts of explanations and justifications as to why that was a fair price.....including that I was asking for a rush and that I was paying for their expertise. The woman that handled the order never mentioned a rush charge but only that it would take about an hour. And the reason you go to a business that straightens things is because thats what they do..... of course Im paying for their expertise....that's what businesses like this sell... their expertise. A 40 minute job should have cost the minimum $125. How did the bill ever get to $320. I know bad business when I experience it and this was just plain bad business.
