I told you what was wrong with my car you fucking wrote the same thing down I told you was wrong with my car. l didn't need a scan as I told you when I called I just had work done on the car at the dealership they did a scan then. When I called you should have told me it was 198 to just look at my car because I never would have went. Called Infiniti for the transmission flush that I told you I needed you didn't diagnose shit. They want $239 to do it. I should have stuck with the dealership that is transparent and don't take advantage of women. And No not every charges to look at a car my in town mechanic doesn't' and neither does dealerships if you get the work done there. and you didn't spend 3 hours on my car because we drove to your shop multiple times with my car outside and you were nowhere to be found. I am telling people my experience so they can decide for themselves or know because you don't say it on the phone when I called the first time the price to look at the car should be the very first thing you say to a customer Because like I said I would have took it elsewhere $211 to be told what I told you was wrong with my car a joke and the transmission flush is pretty much the same price and the dealership you rob people.

Simply the worst place you could bring your RV. They are not qualified to work on many engines and…read moretransmissions (certainly not Cummins or Allison). So forget about having them fix minor engine, transmission, steering, brakes, chaises, alignment, etc. issues. Simple maintenance on these complex rigs maybe within their ability. I wouldn't take anything to these people. Find a truck dealer to handle the drive train. For things inside your rig's cabin, you'd be better off driving it to a camp ground with a visiting repair person. When they inspect things, they always find something wrong, even if they have to break your RV to find it. This last visit, they extended a tear on some heat shielding during the inspection. One time they tried to charge me to repair a hatch that they left open on a prior repair. Another time they lost a part of a cabinet they needed to open to make a repair. Another time they lied to me about a tire replacement stating that the model tire I needed was no longer made. It was in fact the most common Goodyear truck tire. After these initial issues, I only took my rig there if it was something easy to fix in the rig cabin. Unfortunately they were the closest to my old home. This last visit I needed a pipe fixed. I say needed because it was the main drain on the sink and I was going to be driving for a few days to a week. Not complex. I asked for a few estimates and asked them to inspect for any problems since I was moving from NJ to Texas. Anyway, after weeks, they finished. I was running out of time. So I went to pick it up. They wouldn't release my RV to me without me signing off. Well I had to go, so I signed. MISTAKE! I was charged for work they didn't do. I was charged for work that failed. I was charged for estimates. Some of their repairs damaged other items in the RV. They lost parts to the RV. They were unable to install windshield wipers. I had to do it hen I got on the road. I was charged for work that was faked and have since been done correctly in Texas. I was misled as to the hourly rate. Nice. I complained to Risco and the credit card company. Despite the fact that they lied to me and coerced me to sign off, that was the weapon they used to make me pay. They offered to repair the issues if I bring the rig back. I'm 1500 miles away and it would cost over $1000 in fuel and 4 days to go back and have more of their their shoddy workmanship fail again. NOTE: They have moved Allaire Rd. It's the same bad service at a new location.

Unfortunately my experience is the same or worse than anyone has written already. They have no scruples whatsoever when it comes to charging a customer for even the smallest of requests. Now I know they're in business, I'm in business, but they wouldn't know what the words "customer satisfaction" or "professionalism" or "courtesy" meant if it came up and bludgeoned them in the face. For example, they charged me $49.50 to do a "battery check" as I was having problems with my house batteries. This was for 30 minutes of work. Acceptable? Okay, I'll give them that one. But I was told that most dealers, expecting to the sale of quite expensive batteries would do the battery check gratis. I notice that near the passenger seat a piece of trim was loose. Of course I asked them to check it and repair it. This review would've taken all of about 10 seconds. Instead I got charged for another half-hour to evaluate a loose piece of trim. Was it repaired, did they apply some adhesive, a new screw, nope. How about this one? I noticed a small quarter size diameter opening when my rear slide was deployed. I asked them to check it. This apparently took 60 minutes and they charged me $100. Are you kidding me?! The slide takes all of 20 seconds to deploy and an additional 1 to 2 minutes to walk around and see the problem which was a lack of weather-stripping. An hour? This is just one example of the egregious approach they take when they have possession of your vehicle and they know based on all of the problems you've already had with them that once they deliver it to you; you will NEVER RETURN. So they take every opportunity to gouge the customer for everything he's got. After all, if you don't pay you don't get your vehicle. Echoing others, steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.
