Mr. Tony Chi provided service on a replacement part for my lazy Susan. Even though my cabinets were purchased a long time ago from a vendor that is no longer in business, he graciously helped me by contacting Omega/Dynasty for a solution. Omega/Dynasty is sending the replacement part to J&N. Tony's help showed me J&N not only sells high quality cabinets but understands the importance of customer service even if you weren't his original customer. read more

Way overdue - Tony has been with us through a flooring and cabinet job and he is standup. Not just incredible knowledgeable but showing up onsite to judge installation workmanship (1/2 the battle if you did not know this!!!) and working with distributors to reduce cost of replacement parts etc. I came the J&N from Yelp and can only strongly recommend you do the same. read more

I did not know the amazing service I was going to get when I stopped by here in 2024. I discussed with Dan my cabinet options for the kitchen and he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining as well as answering all the questions I had. I felt comfortable ordering through them. I had a quote from a different place and was less satisfied with that manufacture for its price. After 2 years, I had some questions and spoke with Tony. Tony showed excellent attention to detail and was also extremely knowledgeable. There is a refreshing honesty and transparency that solidified my trust and respect for their work by Dan and Tony. read more

Great selection, open on weekends, street parking in front, Tony was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Didn't feel like I was being upsold. Will be back when we're ready to buy read more

This review is long overdue. My wife and I embarked on a complete house remodel, starting with gutting it out. Dan from J & N Kitchen came highly recommended by my father, who is a realtor and knows his clients' preferences well. After encountering frustration with quotes and designs from other places, we were relieved to find Dan. He was not only helpful but also fair; you never feel like you're being taken advantage of. Right from the start, Dan offered practical advice and genuinely aimed to ensure our satisfaction. He visited our home for measurements and provided recommendations for both our kitchen and master bathroom. With his extensive expertise, we trusted his guidance completely. His pricing is competitive, and his customer service is outstanding. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Dan! read more

J & N Kitchen Cabinets saved my remodel. After having another cabinet company botch the job, Dan came to the rescue. He mirrored the original design, added improvements to it, and gave me a lead time that was better than any of the other showrooms. The cabinetry lines they carry are high quality and the showroom has a variety of vignettes and samples to suit anyone's needs. When it comes to communication and follow-through, Dan and Fennie are the best. Dan even took me to a job site to see the quality of the cabinetry before I made the purchase. 5/5. read more

We could not be happier and more grateful to Dan for working with us on our kitchen. Not only is he super likable, professional and kind, he is also extremely knowledgeable about all things cabinets, countertops etc. and he was patient with us as we designed our own kitchen and helped us with invaluable insight into the most practical solutions. The cabinets he suggested are high quality, beautiful AND fit within our budget. Our contractor was also very impressed by the quality and agreed that we would have these cabinets for a long time. His fabricator (for my quartz countertops) is very detail oriented making sure everything lined up. I have referred Dan to 3 friends and my mother in law. Dan helped us building our new kitchen in 2022. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very flexible when we made adjustments during the design phase. He responds quickly and provides honest and direct guidance. We are quite disappointed with the quality of cabinets (initial and long term) but Dan helped us in many occasions to order replacements parts fairly easily. I highly recommend working with him especially if this is your first time remodeling a kitchen... read more

I visited J&N Kitchen Cabinets after reading the reviews and I was happy to see that Dan's customer service was indeed, great! After reviewing the kitchen measurements, Dan even drove to the house, met with my contractors, and made adjustments where necessary. Excellent, Friendly Service, Great Products that they stand behind! We tore out and had our remodeled our entire kitchen - right down to the studs, but of course, we had to get it all put back together again. Of course, we had the benefits of a good contractor, but the biggest (and most welcoming) surprise was to work with Dan at J&N Kitchen Cabinets. Dan is enthusiastic, friendly, and most of all, (and it sounds cliche', but...) he really stands behind his products and services. Case in point. As you know, with any big remodel project, things can and WILL go wrong. Somehow, the manufacturer had delivered the wrong size cabinet to us, but Dan rectified the issue in short order at no cost nor pain for us. There was also another snafu, and Dan took care of that too, even though it wasn't his fault one bit! He worked with us from the beginning to help us figure out what we wanted, and was very patient in working with us in the midst of last-minute changes too. Dan took the time to help us figure out exactly what we want in the design of our new kitchen. We never felt rushed at all. The cabinets from DeWills that we chose were terrific too. Solid stuff, that rolls, swings and glides effortlessly. None of that cheesy MDF or particle board for us. He has tons of sample cabinets & styles laid out nicely, as well as a variety of the latest kitchen surfaces (Caesarstone, Zodiaq, etc) in a lineup of different displays laid out in the store. If you want granite or other surfaces, he has some pretty good connections for that too.) Prices were competitive to very good, even when compared to online, so we even sourced our kitchen sinks and bathroom sinks from him as well. I'd recommend Dan @ J&N highly. Yes, the storefront doesn't look that impressive, being in the Crocker-Amazon, but he is very familiar in working with remodel projects of all budgets, and his service is exemplary. On top of that, he's a fun guy to begin with! Most recommended, and nope, no one told me to put this on Yelp. Give him a shot! read more

It was a pleasure with Dan at J&N Kitchens in San Francisco. He is patient and knowledgeable. We were able to customize our kitchen cabinets at a great price. J&N Kitchens has a lot of variety to select from (including Omega, KitchenCraft, Mid-Continent, and UltraCraft). Going through a remodel is a stressful process, but with J&N Kitchens we found a bargain and great customer service all in place. J&N Kitchens is located in the southern part of San Francisco, near the Daly City border. It is completely worth the trip to meet Dan and see their great selection. I suggest that you call ahead or email Dan to make an appointment. It looks like they recently revamped their website: www.jnnkitchens.com read more

great experience with them. Danny is helpful and easy and detail-oriented. Will recommend!

Dan is absolutely amazing to work with!! If anyone is thinking of doing a kitchen remodel, I would highly recommend J & N Kitchen Cabinets. Dan came to our house to double check our measurements and to see what can be done to utilize the space of our small kitchen. He was able to draw out and give us an outlook of what our kitchen would look like prior to starting the remodel. If any of the cabinets come with manufacture defects, Dan quickly works with you and replaces them with no hesitation. J and N Cabinets is very accommodating and will work with you to determine a delivery schedule to your home. The remodel is complete now and we are enjoying our new kitchen. Dan was a one stop shop and recommended where to get lighting, tiles, and counters with his recommended installer, who also did a fantastic job.We are so happy we chose J and N Kitchen Cabinets. read more

We love our new kitchen and master bath! DeWils Horizon - walnut Arcadia door in nutmeg color for surrounding upper & lower cabinets. DeWils Fenix in Bianco Male color for island and "white wall" with matching white Miele coffee maker and Combi Seam Oven and Thermador appliances. The combination of white with brown cabinets turned out perfect! I was very concerned because this mix is uncommon. This is the second (and likely last) time that we get DeWils Horizon cabinets (see pictures) - frameless, more interior space and good quality in general. This time, DeWils' quality is not as consistent (which is obvious for frameless cabinets) - for example hubby had to adjust crooked fake door panel/skirt of sink base cabinet so that it lines up with adjacent cabinets. Also second time buying DeWils from J&N Kitchen Cabinets. Our siblings also have purchased from them. Dan has been designing for many, many years so he is very experienced and knowledgeable. We appreciate his patience to revise again and again layout until satisfied (& tired). He gave us great suggestions like refrigerator door to be full length and not have a separate cabinet above and a DYI wine rack to house the outlet/switch because we want countertop waterfall to be in one piece. Dan would tell me what to ask contractor. A challenge was that sink drain sewage line was 4-5 feet away from sink and he offered to make drawers more shallow if needed. Thank you Dan (and Fanny)! One suggestion is to have more samples. read more

Knowledgable, helpful and hard working customer rep in the store. After visiting boutique and larger locations J&N helped focus the bewildering range of choices in cabinetry. J&N Cabinets, and Dan specifically, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were quick to reply, flexible with our schedule, and great communicators. Dan re-estimated and re-designed a cabinet package we'd received from another vendor and not only saved us around 30%, but caught all sorts of details, filler pieces, and hardware the other guys had missed. Delivery was a snap (and ahead of schedule) and the installer had no problem with the cabinets Dan had ordered. When we discovered some damaged parts (as was expected given the shear quantity and complexity of the job), Dan immediately ordered replacements at no cost to us, had them shipped directly to the house, and even followed up to see that we were taken care of. I'd recommend Dan and the J&N team unconditionally for any size cabinet job in San Francisco. read more

Again, wish I could leave a better review, but I cannot. Dan was really nice, jolly actually, and very knowledgeable with his cabinetry. I asked for a quote and he emailed it to me after I followed up. I asked for a line that was less expensive, which he said he would get back to me with. No follow up, never heard from the guy again. I don't know if he was put off by my asking for something less than $8K or what, but had he worked with me, I would've spent that much. Maybe that's not much compared to his other contracts, but $8K is a helluva lot better than $0K. read more

I began working with Dan Lee of J & N cabinets on our kitchen remodel last spring, about a year ago so this rave review is long overdue. Even though our project was not huge, I took on the role of contractor, which made me especially unaware (dumb) and significantly more fussy and detail-oriented than an average client. Dan met with me tirelessly and for as many Saturday mornings sessions (easily 6 or 7) as I wanted to design our kitchen and make cabinet choices. In addition to working out of his no-frills kitchen display storefront in the outer mission, he made 2 trips to out site to take accurate measurements He was always consistently generous, knowledgeable, jovial and patient with me, and willing to entertain multiple changes along the way without flinching. He was amazing at staying on top of the logistics and communicating with the cabinet manufacturer I chose. When the cabinets arrived in San Francisco, he generously offered to store them in his local warehouse for 3 or 4 weeks, until the project could comfortably accommodate them in our small home, and then delivered them to us at no extra cost. As the project finally came close to completion, as inevitable glitches arose, his service was spectacular at backing up the sale and making sure everything was right, long after the last payment was made. Our new kitchen looks great and functions exactly as it should. Dan Lee/J & N Cabinets is a rare gem, that I can't recommend highly enough. read more

Dan exceeded all of my expectations. Love my omega cabinets. Dan patiently provided me with excellent advice on the layout of my kitchen. He addressed all of my questions. There were some minor flaws with the cabinets and dan worked with omega for replacement pieces. I ordered the cabinets and they arrived within 3 weeks, just on time. My kitchen looks great. Dan prices were so much better than anyone else selling omega cabinets! Dan was so helpful and always so pleasant. Great product, great advice and outstanding customer service. read more

Took us a long time to shop around just for a kitchen cabinet, luckily we found this place, he helped us to choose the cabinets by designing where I should put my pull out and tall cabinets etc.., all I needed to tell him was what kind of wood I wanted and the style.
