I initially paid half of what I thought was a hefty price The first two days the work seem to be going well. The owner then asked if I could pay half of what was left. I just paid him in full because I was going on vacation and wanted to make sure he got paid. Poor decision. never saw him again after that There were piles of debris left all over my yard, and I got an estimate of $875 from someone else to remove it. Tried contacting the business and was told he was coming , but it's now late August and I haven't seen anyone.

He did some of the tree works in the beginning alright ;then one day, while he and his workers were cutting one of the trees, an accident happened because they were not careful; some one got seriously hurt Work was stopped while a new person was needed to replace the injured one. Then Olsen 's wife showed up at the front door,saying how his leg was also hurt and needed some money to ride the storm over;as soon as he recovered and hired the new worker,he will come to finished the job he was hired to do in the first place ;then days gone by, he kept texting me to get more money to do some cleaning up but not to cut the main tree he was told to do. Eventually, he disappeared but I see him walking very well in town and working!!! His insurance company came to interview me regarding the accident,saying Mr. Olsen had been ignoring their inquiry. Now,the incident occurred on January 27,2025. It has been very long time!!The man should live up to his obligations and be responsible for his actions,not just as a tree service person, but as a decent man !!
