Let the buyer be aware. Would I shop there again? Only without an appointment and the wiles.

I went to buy a vehicle from them, they assured me everything was in good condition and the car was ready to be sold, I drove two and half hours with my mother. When we got there the car looked okay visually and ran okay, if you weren't mechanically inclined then you'd never know you're being sold a piece of junk. They fix and clean the cars just enough to run well and look okay to secure the sale. Car had a cracked exhaust just behind the muffler that was barely hanging on, the ac didn't work and the compressor was completely broken and seized, the belt was sliding right over the seized pulley. The front headlight was out. The central exhaust gasket just after the cat was not even a proper gasket used on an exhaust system, still not sure what the gasket thing they used was but it was not meant for an exhaust. Air filter into the engine looked like it was 6-7 years old and there was an interior panel missing that covered the fuse box. And to put the cherry on top, there was an absolutely catastrophic oil leak, the entire bottom of the engine was dripping in oil. They assured me everything worked well and there were no leaks and no issues at all with the car just for me to drive and see a complete piece of junk that at best needed $5k of work. Do not go here, bring your money somewhere else

At drop off I also asked them about a problem I'd been having with the tire pressure monitoring system, that another shop struggled to resolve. T and L were able to quickly diagnose the issue based on the error codes and fix it during the same appointment! When I picked up my car it felt "new"! Quiet brakes and after 2 years, the TPMS warning light on my dashboard was finally off. Thank you T and L!

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was given a 90-day/12,000-mile warranty in…read morewriting, but after purchase, I discovered the actual warranty was only 30 days/1,250 miles. During the test drive, I noticed shaking and was told it was just from new brake pads. The car wouldn't start at pickup and needed a new starter, which they brushed off. Within weeks, my mechanic found severe structural rot, a failing transmission, and a bad driveshaft. A transmission specialist said repairs would cost more than the car is worth. I asked if they would attempt any repairs and was told flat out, "No." I'm sure the dealer will respond with, "Why didn't you bring the vehicle back within the 30 days?" And my answer to that is: I was assured it would run perfectly, I was under the impression I had 90 days, and as I am not a mechanic or transmission specialist, I never would have known there were such serious safety hazards and egregious deficits with the car. As a single mom with kids heading to college, this was financially devastating. I was misled and sold an unsafe vehicle--avoid this place.

It was not, and the dealer repair quote came to a startling $11,000. They said the compressor and condenser were damaged due to running the system after a hole (from a stone?) had caused all fluid to leak out. The parts and labor are specialized. Venture suggested our making an insurance claim. The adjuster's offer using aftermarket parts was much lower. We chose to have Venture do the repair with aftermarket parts for $2300 (competitive with the insurance offer). They returned the car to us with the interior detailed. Now, a couple of weeks later, the system continues to work reliably. Rich, the owner, is thoughtful and communicative, and kept us apprised of all details concerning the damage and the repair. We have been very happy with this shop and highly recommend them.
