Let the buyer be aware. But they were pleasantly accommodating (for what that is worth) and friendly with a smile, albeit the auto is old with high miles, AND, leaks oil which wasn't apparent for a while. Would I shop there again? Only without an appointment and the wiles.

I went to buy a vehicle from them, they assured me everything was in good condition and the car was ready to be sold, I drove two and half hours with my mother. When we got there the car looked okay visually and ran okay, if you weren't mechanically inclined then you'd never know you're being sold a piece of junk. They fix and clean the cars just enough to run well and look okay to secure the sale. Car had a cracked exhaust just behind the muffler that was barely hanging on, the ac didn't work and the compressor was completely broken and seized, the belt was sliding right over the seized pulley. The front headlight was out. The central exhaust gasket just after the cat was not even a proper gasket used on an exhaust system, still not sure what the gasket thing they used was but it was not meant for an exhaust. Air filter into the engine looked like it was 6-7 years old and there was an interior panel missing that covered the fuse box. And to put the cherry on top, there was an absolutely catastrophic oil leak, the entire bottom of the engine was dripping in oil. They assured me everything worked well and there were no leaks and no issues at all with the car just for me to drive and see a complete piece of junk that at best needed $5k of work. Do not go here, bring your money somewhere else

For example, if you trade in a car valued at $20,000, and sales tax in your state is 5%, you receiving a $21,000 equivalent, because your don't have to pay taxes on the $20,000 trade in value. I wasn't satisfied with this offer from Tesla, so I requested offers online. CarMax provided the best price by a good margin. Even after discounting the tax advantage, it was several thousand dollars better than Tesla's valuation, and CarMax claimed their process was very straight forward. Most of the transaction was done online, I uploaded their requested documents (license, registration, etc.). I was then asked when I would like to bring in my car for inspection and sale. A few days later, I arrived at my designated appointment time, and was promptly greeted at their front desk in their rather cavernous reception area. It's a bright and clean space, and was fairly quiet on this particular afternoon. I was told to drive my car into their garage for inspection, and return to their business office. About 10 minutes later, a very nice representative (Liz) told me that she was working on my paperwork, which would be ready in about 15 minutes. Liz returned with the paperwork, and patiently explained the few pieces of paper I was signing. I signed over the title and she handed me a check for the agreed upon amount. I was also given copies of all the paperwork and my license plates. She advised that I contact the registry quickly and destroy the plates if they weren't being transferred. I'd estimate about thirty minutes start to finish. I sold my car for a fair offer, lower than if I tried to find a private party sale, but safer, easier and no hassles. I can't comment on services related to buying a car here, but I was very satisfied selling my car here.

New Beginning Auto Service - HAPPY WITH THE NEW BABY !!!

My guess is that New Beginning's sells quite a few cars and not everyone is easy to please...or for that matter reasonable (see below reviews). My experience was quite the contrary. The car I purchase was immaculate. For a 9 year old car it truly looked almost new. Jose also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He fixed a few minor issues I came across without a complaint. He even installed a hitch I purchase FOR NO CHARGE! Finally I Jose was easy to deal with and very reasonable in terms of a sales price. I came away feeling like I got a good deal while Jose made a reasonable profit on the car. Most important I feel confident that if I was to have an issue New Beginning would stand behind their car and do what they had to do to make sure I stayed happy. By the way I decided to write my review here because they already have so many excellent reviews on CarGuru.

CV axles needed to be replaced. Coolant system was messed up...the list is never ending. They sold me this car fully knowing this as Jose himself had the same car. Brought the car back in to Jose a week later because no shops would look at the car any sooner, Jose would not trade me my car back even though he put me in a death trap. Should've called the cops on the spot but didn't know better. This happened over 2 years ago and still keeps me up at night. Unless you have 0 other options, or are a mechanic and know exactly what you're getting yourself into, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
