The morning crew in the front end I am familiar with, they are all careful with our things bagging and ringing up. David and Paula go out of their way to provide great customer service. Despite it being a discount store they treat the customers like a you are in Nordstrom. Lots of good value on items like cleaning products and dog treats. I always get my laundry items in here and they are same items anywhere else but much cheaper. We love shopping here.

Solid three stars…read more First off, family dollar is NOT a 'dollar' store by standard definition - its a discount store. So many of the items cost more than a dollar, but are still a good bargain. I come here for paper towels, toilet paper, and other bulk items. one star off for inconsistent supply - if you find soemthing you like that isnt a standard staple, stock up - because they may never stock it again. Another star off for lack of cleanliness. i realize this is a discount store so I dont expect it to be sparkling clean - but come on, they could at least try a little bit more. On the other hand, staff is exceedingly friendly.

The prices for the merchandise are unreasonably high. My young daughter picked out a pair of used…read moreplastic toy glasses--the kind that cost about a dollar or two in a regular store, or are even given away for free at fairs. I assumed a used item wouldn't cost more than a new one, but at the checkout, we were charged a price that was several times higher. The saleswoman likely sized up the situation--seeing that I was with a child and that this was the only item we were buying--and simply made up a price on the spot. I paid for them so as not to upset my child, but I won't be going back to that unpleasant store.

While a small store, they have a lot of great items and everything is REALLY WELL organized! I think the best part of the store are the employees: the nice women organizing/stocking in the aisles all said hello and asked if I needed anything, and the cashiers are awesome!

For the first time at this location I was witnessed to a couple of unprofessional actions by an…read moreemployee. The store was organized and clean there was an older women employee stocking the shelves by candy and very pleasant but what struck me most was a male employee at the register 4 who seems to be abit aggressive and noticed a couple of customers that were not very professionally or properly handled in a business manner and this male middle aged person did not act in the stores best interests! This unfortunate action will definitely affect my returning and I can honestly say those other women will not return. His mannerisms were not warranted by making hand gestured motions rotating his hands as to say you are crazy. Outside the store those women were visibly upset and in disbelief that this male employee would treat women or any customers that way! Not my intention to tell this store Manager how to proceed but security cameras will tell the tale! I know I won't return snd I can say without hesitation that those other women will not also. Human Resources should act swiftly to further stop future unnecessary visual confrontation with its paying customers Unacceptable as this is, no employee should gesture a customer is crazy when the employee was at fault and did not do his job! I am a fair and proper reviewer and I don't relish the fact in leaving a less than favorable review! I hope that those women contact someone in corporate and tell their account of their shopping dilemma! If more customers speak up, businesses will see an increase in Sales! And weak out those employees that just want a pay check!
