We called 10 days before the event and he has no knowledge of the reception date, he was still planning on the wedding months later. With only 10 days left we decided we're not comfortable continuing because we don't want our 5k dinner for 39 to be an afterthought or thrown together at the last minute. He refuses to take accountability in lack of communication, availability to reach on the phone or negligence in planning so he is refusing a refund of any kind.
