We stayed at site R15, and I personally think it is THE best site on the grounds. The only reason I took a star off is they give you one token per person per day, which is for a hot, 6-minute shower. I've never camped anywhere where they give you barely enough time to shower. At least make it a solid 10-minute shower. That was bananas. I was scared to be sudsy and my shower cut off or something. Other than that, LOVED this place! They have a small pool that we did not ever go in, but the Virgin River was fun! Bring a tube to blow up or go buy one at the hardware shop. If we ever go to Zion again, we will definitely stay here and try to get site R15.

The location close to the Virgin River and with the canyon walls rising on each side is beautiful. The night sky was also gorgeous although the lighting on site does decrease what you can see. The pool, playground, and showers are all in great shape. My RV spot was in decent shape and had a full hookup for my 24-footer. It was also very nice to be a 10-minute walk to Zion Canyon National Park. The walk was easy, the drive was 2-minutes, and you can just opt for the bus which stops slightly off the campgrounds. The value for this campground is just not there though. Ownership is smart in that they can charge $100 plus a night for an RV site. People will pay because there isn't much else if you have an RV. It is what I would do. But their whole token system for showers is a joke. I stayed at an RV site for 1/5th the cost that had nicer showers and unlimited time for you to get clean. Staff refused to give my daughter a token because she was 4 years old on our last day. Not every employee here is unfriendly. Our check-in was done by a lovely lady who took the time to explain the area, stops, and even provide some suggestions. She is largely the reason my review is not 2-stars. Almost every other employee from the shop/check-in to on grounds staff is unfriendly. I would be hard pressed to stay here again. While RV places aren't plentiful, I would consider a longer drive. The hotels may also be another solid choice.

August 31 - Sept 3, 2026 - Zion National Park…read more We stayed here for 3 nights, and there's really nothing like staying inside Zion National Park. We had beautiful mountain views right from our campsite. Our site had electric hookups, but no water or sewer. There is an RV dump station on site, which also had water available for tank fills. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. Every morning, we could walk a short distance to the shuttle and head out for another great hike. We could also walk to the Visitor Center. And, both a blessing and a curse, it was an easy walk across the bridge into Springdale, where we had a couple of meals and a few drinks at Zion Brewery. Just remember to take your park pass and ID with you--you'll need them to get back into the park. When I made the reservation, I chose a shady site fairly close to the river. Then we arrived on a day when there were flash floods, and suddenly being close to the river didn't seem like such a great idea. Our site also had a tree with low-hanging branches that rubbed the top of our RV whenever the wind picked up. I definitely questioned my campsite choice a few times. This isn't a campground where you're going to feel completely "away from it all." We could see Cable Mountain Lodge across the river, and the lights from the lodge and businesses in Zion Canyon Village were noticeable at night. There was some noise, too. But honestly, the location more than made up for it. Being right in the park and having such easy access to the shuttle was worth it. And watching the sunset over the mountains from our campsite, then waking up to deer hanging out just a few feet from our RV, was pretty special. We'd definitely stay here again.

Pros I side the campground walking distance to the little town get the bus to Zion park or rent e-bikes to get around. No cars allowed to the Narrows. Get the bus to the town of Springdale eat shop rent stuff. Cons: expect delays this is in the national park always a line to get in walking riding a bike or driving your car. If going to the Narrows busses start around 7 or 8 am. Bike pickup are early whenever you want them so pick up your bike early to get back into the park before the line starts. Campsites are big not all crunched up you have plenty of space between you and your neighbor. When it's a little windy no fires and hat so ever. Flushable toilets squirrels are aggressive here taking a nap outside and a got scratched by one.

We got the Desert King Balcony room so we had a nice view of the pool, hot tub, and beautiful landscape. Definitely recommend this room if you go! Service was phenomenal everyone was so kind and helpful. They have a spa as well that provides many services as well. They have a restaurant right next door called The Spotted Dog Restaurant and Bar which is super convenient for breakfast or after a long day at the park to head to the dinner dining area. Can not recommend this place enough!

We had booked a stay at Flanigan's in May 2026 with the intention to hike Angel's Landing and the…read moreNarrows. Leading up to our stay, Flanigan's sent me a ton of e-mails trying to upsell us on spa treatments, restaurant reservations, etc. On the flip side, I asked them multiple times if we would be able to leave our car parked at the hotel while we did one overnight on the Narrows and never got a response. This is an ongoing theme with these guys - their number one concern is cash and what they can get out of their guests, not the guests themselves. Two days before my stay, I got a "pre-registration" e-mail. This one included requests for things like credit card for the deposit, check in time, etc. This form I actually filled out and returned to Flanigan's. The next day (the day before I was meant to stay at Flanigan's) I got a phone call from them which I ignored. I subsequently got an e-mail from them saying that "per my request, my reservation was cancelled". Needless to say, I had NOT asked to cancel my reservation. I immediately responded and was told that the credit card I had given was declined and it is Flanigan's policy to cancel reservations in that case. Here's the kicker, though, they had charged the credit card I had used when I booked the reservation, NOT the one that I had given them in their stupid "pre-registration" e-mail. They hadn't even looked at that. They tried the credit card from the time of booking, gave me one phone call while I was at work, and then just cancelled the reservation. The day before we were supposed to go. The genius behind this effort was Garn Henderson. Garn would not accept anything but me calling them to update the card. They wouldn't even bother to charge the card that I had given them on the pre-registration form. When Garn proved completely useless, I was forwarded to resort manager Cade Campbell who proved to be the single worst resort professional I have ever met. Cade refused to apologize and, again, charge the card that I had given them and told me that Flanigan's has to resort to this policy because they're holding so many "high value rooms". A minute-long search on Trivago showed that this was a straight-up lie and that Flanigan's had all kinds of rooms available. They're just too lazy, rude, and unhelpful to bother to do the right thing. It got so bad that I told Cade to just go ahead and keep our reservation cancelled. The story has a happy ending as we found a great room at the Springhill Suites which was $200 cheaper and had staff that was wonderful and helpful. After we got to Springdale, we actually saw Flanigan's and it was clear that this place just bills itself as a "resort" so that it can charge a markedly higher price. It's indistinguishable from the Springhill Suites or the Best Western Plus. Just stay at one of those places and avoid this dump.

The entire property is incredibly clean and well cared for, which made the stay that much more comfortable. The room also had a sink in the dining area and a good sized mini fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Our first night there we did the sunset horse ride with Madison. Madison was excellent!! I was really nervous about getting on the horse and she helped me out and was attentive and informative during our ride. She was very personable, knowledgeable and fun! The views on the ride were incredible. If I could've, I would've done it every day we were there! ZMR is located just outside of Zion and it was a very short drive to get to the park and hiking trails. It was nice and peaceful. Not overcrowded even though it seemed like every cabin had a resident.

I noticed other reviewers on here. complained about the shit smell too .It literally knocked us out everytime we went into the bathroom . It smelled like 50 day old Crap in a toilet ! Good thing we were not in the room and out hiking because the odor will knock you out . Other than the smell of Shit in the room the whole x , it was a peaceful setting on the back side near the creek .
