What a pleasant place to stay! Right downtown; such a convenient location. Folks were very nice, clean place. We were glad we chose it.

What an amazing campground!…read more We spent a week here in October 2025 and fell in love with the campground!! Wonderful friendly staff!! Can't say enough about Ashley who checked in on our fur babies while we out exploring the area! She is professional but yet treated our 2 standard poodles like they were hers. We were out longer than expected, sent her a text saying we would be later than expected. Ashley went and checked on our girls providing true peace of mind!! I wish more campgrounds offered pet setting services. This is a wonderful place for photographers and astronomers of all levels. So much to see and do!

The amenities alone stand out--clean, well-lit facilities, warm showers, and even heated floors (yes, heated floors!). Everything is thoughtfully provided on an honor system, which adds to the welcoming, trusting atmosphere. When we arrived, we realized we had accidentally booked our stay one day too early. Instead of turning us away, they graciously offered us a boondocking spot and invited us to a once-a-week complimentary dinner for all guests. It turned into a wonderful evening around the fire pit, connecting with fellow travelers. Meeting the owners was an added highlight--they were as warm and inviting as the meal they shared. We feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this special place in the middle of such a beautiful desert.

The pull through were really sizable not a problem to get in and out of with plenty of room. Picnic table was metal and plastic topped and was sitting on cement which was great. It has a fence all the way around the property and it was located a little bit on the edge of town, which is nice. We like those kind of RV spots. The water was really good. It did have a lot of pressure (which the RV company makes mention of so that you're prepared and if you do not have a water pressure gauge, they have them but you would need to be to their office before four when they close) so we just used our water pressure attachment to the spicot and everything was fine. It's a very doable problem. I would rather have too much pressure than not enough. we were just passing through and we spent one night but it was very pleasant. It was quiet, but it was quite windy. That's for sure but I think there's a lot of wind that comes through that area anyway we would definitely stay here again.

We were also very pleased that without a reservation when we showed up after 9pm and no one was at the office, we just parked, went to sleep and easily paid the next morning. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were happy to have our pick of parking spot to maximize privacy, scenic view and proximity to bathhouse. All the guests of the resort were all quite low key, quiet and kept to themselves with a friendly wave though. I'd be very happy to stay here again if we were ever in the area. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying on-site of a National Park, and I fear it has spoiled me. No lines to enter the park, no excuses to dilly-dally, just straight to nature. Made reservations online, was able to switch to a different site that opened up very conveniently online if you are on the fence about sites. They have a refund/cancellation policy, but you'd have to check their website for details. Checked in around 11:45am, and lady at the booth asked if next I could wait until check-in of 12pm (ok??). When I walked by the booth later to ask questions, the booth was closed and it was self check-in. Maps available in the covered vestibule. Heated bathrooms were nice, restrooms themselves were decently clean. Stall trash cans for feminine products wasn't overflowing. Outdoor sink for pots/pans (bring your own detergent); someone had left a sponge, which was nice. Bought firewood + starter @ Walmart in prep, and made a nice fire one evening. I did shower at Zion Outfitters twice ($4 per 5 minutes), which is walking distance to the campground (~10 min depending what site). Same walking distance to Zion Canyon Brew Pub, and a ~30 min scenic walk to Springdale.

Note that there are only electric hook-ups available (no water hook-ups), so you'll need to prepare accordingly. When we visited, the campground wasn't crowded, and booking a spot was quite easy. We really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy nature inside the national park.

The bathrooms are truly top-of-the-line--spotless, modern, and better maintained than many hotels. The entire property is incredibly clean and well cared for, which made the stay that much more comfortable. The RV sites are spacious, well laid out, and offer a beautiful view that really elevates the whole experience. One detail I especially appreciated was the kitchen sink area for washing dishes--such a simple feature, but so convenient and thoughtfully provided. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host. They were genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. That personal touch made all the difference. And the value? Unmatched. With prices starting around $30, it's hard to believe you're getting this level of quality. Honestly, this campground surpasses any RV site I've stayed at. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. Already looking forward to coming back!

The red bluffs were almost golden as the sun set. You can pick sunrise or sunset side of this Campground, but either side you will be able to see both. The attention to detail provided by the host exemplifies the lost art of a small tent Campground. It is also very rare that you get a tent Campground that comes with extremely clean bathrooms, flushable toilets and free showers with hot water. You want to know what else is pretty rare besides a tent/small camper campground? One with no light pollution. If you are in a tent you may hear a semi or two off 89 but it's hardly noticeable once you are in the zen rock garden sitting around the fire. I highly recommend it - and Belly of the Dragon as a day off exploration between Bryce or Zion and the Grand Canyon. (I even knocked off a bucket list item by sledding down the sand dunes at the nearby Coral Pink Sand Dunes!) Like I said, I can't say enough, I am smitten with this campground and the hospitality of the host. If you find yourself in Southern Utah put this one at the top of your list campers!
