Russ is very…read morepassionate about his work, knows what he is talking about, and gave me a very fair price to do the job. I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again!

Salesman "missed" things in the quote that were later ironed out and included but it took some small pushback from me, and I am not sure every customer would have done the same. Work took a little longer than promised but the guys were generally good and kept the area around their work clean and picked up. Siding crew was very good and the walk through after their work required just a minor touch up or two. The paint crew was not as good, and they had to come back twice to finish the work as discussed. The key is having a good project manager, and I was fortunate with James. He stayed on top of things, responded within 24 hours and had both crews come back to finish the work properly. He even noticed things I would have missed. We did choose the interest free financing, and it has been a little confusing to understand their billing and statements though a call did clear that up. I would recommend Pacific, but I would make sure you are diligent about the quote process and make sure you establish a good relationship with the project manager.

I had an interior vaulted ceiling sheetrock repair, several cracks in the sheetrock in the living room, an exterior doorframe that was rotting and needed to be repaired and resealed, a couple of areas in the exterior wood overhang that needed resealing and a ceiling fan that needed rebalancing. All work was done expeditiously and expertly and they were OK with my concerns and were accepting of my insistent oversight. Juan was a master at repairing the sheetrock as I cannot even tell where the repairs were done. The ceiling work was considerably high up and Juan had to maintain good balance to reach the repair area. I considered the charges reasonable; they worked about four hours and there were some additional material charges.
