It all started with a call to J&J Exterminating to get some information on Pest Service they offer and let me just say it just got better and better. The call center lady was so polite and explained that she would have someone call me. And not even 30 minutes after hanging up Candi Wiley called with such enthusiasm in her voice and spoke with me as if we were family. I explained everything to her and she sent me all the information I needed to read over on the different Pest Control Services offered and she went to do a inspection, I do not live at residents and was not there, she called me back to make sure I received the information and as we was on phone she sent the the proposal to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. My technician has been Brad Andres for over a year now. I wasn't sure whether or not he would slack up or continue to give a very high level of service.My property is a little bit different in that it is my camp and I was concerned about someone not making it a priority because I did not live there full-time. I have continued to experience exactly the opposite. Brad has continued to give superiorr Service despite no one being there. Brad has been incredibly responsive and independent taking care of my house like it was his own. I do have cameras surveiling my entire property and can assure you he is there when he says he's going to be there also takes time to spray every aspect of my property despite no one being there to watch him. My technician Chris Norwood is timely, friendly and informative. I am new to this area and with a home in the country, bugs and other flying insects are a real problem. I signed up for the monthly mosquito spray and absolutely love the service. If there is a problem, they are glad to re-spray the property free of charge. Chris presents himself very professionally and is always available to answer questions. I have recommended J & J to other homeowners who don't have the termite traps/yearly inspection.
