He rang our Ring Doorbell and then turned around and left. I called the office and they said we had to pay even though we weren't home. They said he probably went ahead and sprayed our yard, but I keep the gate to our back yard locked so I know this didn't happen. Shawn was on time and through. He showed us all the problem areas revealing several areas of the house and garage. Plan of action was to treat the entire area via trenching method, and drilling along a couple of places that had concrete along the house. Appt date was set, and they showed up on time with qualified technicians. They were efficient and disrupted the lawn around the house minimally. The price for the entire service was way less than we anticipated. The entire process was done quick, though, and I highly recommend this company.
