My name is GiGi Galyean and I am here giving a review for the first time on Everett, the J&J exterminator who has serviced our home since we moved here 10 years ago. My husband, Mark Galyean, always always was quick to write a review on Everett when he left our home from exterminating. Mark passed away on August 21 and so I am here in honor of my husband and Everett's bond that went beyond the excellent service he provided to us for J&J. Everett was the guy Mark looked forward to seeing every month because he said Everett was not only conscientious in his work but he has a big heart too. Mark told me of a story from his life that Everett shared with him once that touched Mark's heart deeply. He loved Everett for sharing that story with him. Mark was not a man that could be fooled easily, he knew a genuine person when he felt one inside of his heart. Mark was also a gifted man in the area of business. For him to think so highly of Everret J&J should realize and recognize that he is worth his weight and more in gold to your business. You would do well to have Everett putting on seminars teaching others in the field what true customer service is all about, what goodness and a man with a pure heart can bring to a business. J&J is blessed beyond measure to have Everett in its' numbers. Let this be a reminder though that Everett is much more than a number on your payroll, he is a man of integrity that shines a bright light and a very favorable impression on J&J wherever he goes on your behalf. I am packing up our life here, Everett has come and gone for the last time here. He is the best sort of person and it has been a pleasure to have had him in our lives. We have had the absolute pleasure of having a long stand business relationship with J&J (in haughton) for almost 3 years. But the most enjoyable part about this business is it's employees in particular our pest control man Randy. While the customer service is amazing and I've always enjoyed talking to the staff over the phone when paying my bill, Randy is the sole reason why we stuck with J&J. He was always prompt, friendly, professional and simply went above and beyond for you like we were family. Our experience is one we realize is rare in this day and age were the bottom line can often be you become a number instead of a name among the hoards. We felt seen and taken care of in his care. And if that isn't enough Randy single handily kept our home free of all the creepy crawlers for our time together. I have been using J&J for 2-3 years now on their quarterly service and I cannot say how pleased I am with the service. VERY reasonable and affordable price, they'll visit between the quarterly visits if anything comes up (we've had issues with wasps and rodents in the attic) and they are considerate of my pets with the chemicals they use. Also my technician, Adam, is the very best! Super friendly guy, always lets me know ahead of time when he is coming for our service and asks if there's anything new he needs to address. I just signed up with J&J Exterminating and they were all so very nice. When I called the office she set me up immediately. And within a few minutes Chad called and came by to evaluate the situation. He did a thorough check of the house, yard and attic and explained what they would do. I got set up for Lance to be my technician. Lance called me the morning of my appointment to let me know the time. When Lance arrived he was very nice and professional. He went over what he was going to be doing and got right to work. Lance is awesome! I had a moderate roach and wasp problem as the house I bought had been vacant for 2 years. I tried every over the counter product nothing worked. One call to J&J exterminating and once Lance came out the problem instantly solved. The guy seriously cares about his customers and seems to remember each face. I called and compared rates before choosing them and they were the most affordable. As far as what they use it kicks ass! Lance comes once every 3 months and the day before he last came I found 2 dead roaches stopped dead in their tracks a few feet from garage door from the poison lance put out 3 months ago. read more

We just had our initial start up appointment with J & J and I was very impressed! Paul was the one that came to our home and he is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and how it worked. He was very thorough and took care of what he saw but also looked for hidden issues he didn't see that could cause problems in the future and was proactive in starting treatment for that, as well. Can't say enough good things about this company. I went to J & J for a second opinion after Terminex claimed that I had mice, rats, and termites. I was suspicious because certain factors didn't add up. Boy, was I glad I called J & J in. They did a free and thorough inspection and best of all, they didn't lie to me. Chris communicated with us and was on time with his visit. He listened closely as we showed him our problem areas and explained our concerns. (Wasps, ants, and mosquitoes affect our outdoor spaces including porches, play equipment, and a small storage shed.) Chris did the first treatment and will be back in a month to check on everything. Have used J&J for almost 7 years. Recently during this extremely hot and dry summer we had there was an ant problem. We had people coming to our home that evening and it was very last minute. I called J&J and they had our technician come out last minute and spray for us without any problems. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone for pest control! Mr. Everette is amazing!!! He always goes above and beyond to make sure our yard is taken care of. My son is allergic to fire ants and Mr. Everette is always extremely thorough to make sure my son doesn't have a run in with any ants in our yard. I'm a new customer. Today I met David, my technician. He was excellent. He introduced myself and the other technician and explained how he was going to service my home. When he completed the job, he came to the door and explained what he had done and the problem areas he found. Solomon made sure I understood the problem and the treatment. He explained what I should expect and when he would return. He gave me a list to help prevent reoccurrence. He was courteous and non-judgmental. He even said my house was clean that I probably brought the roaches in from somewhere. It was such a relief to have the bus gone. Within one day of calling J&J Exterminating a consultation service interview took place outlining service, treatment and answering all questions in full detail.
