From the initial call to set up a home consultation, they walked me through everything--from sizing up the perfect generator for my house to explaining their detailed installation process. They set us up with an excellent maintenance plan that includes mobile monitoring, so I can see all generator activity and receive weekly self-test reports right on my phone. A huge plus is that Generator Supercenter also monitors it 24/7, offers 24/7 emergency technicians on call, and handles all warranty work directly. I love that I don't have to deal with a third party. With multiple locations in Louisiana and over 70 locations nationwide, they offer incredible peace of mind. Knowing they can bring in additional technicians and electricians during a major storm or mass outage is a massive relief. I also really appreciate that they specialize strictly in generators--it's not a side business for them; it's their only business! I love supporting great companies and highly recommend Generator Supercenter of Shreveport if you are in the market for a standby backup generator to protect your family with 24/7 power and security
