I rarely write reviews--usually, a simple thank-you to the business is enough. But Rudy Rodriguez from J&J Auto Service deserves far more than that.
Yesterday, three hours from my destination (for a funeral this weekend), my 2014 diesel Grand Cherokee blew a hole in a small coolant line. The first shop I reached out to said they couldn't even look at it for 7 days. Then I found J&J. Not only did owner Rudy Rodriguez immediately inspect the vehicle and put it on the lift, but when he saw my daughter, grandson, and me stranded, he promised to get us back on the road that same night.
He delivered. Rudy and his team stayed after hours and fixed it completely. In a moment when he could have easily taken advantage of my desperate situation, he chose honesty and fairness instead. That kind of integrity is rare.
Don't be discouraged by the packed parking lot -- it's full for good reason. This is a team that works incredibly hard, solves problems quickly, and stands behind their work. I watched them treat every other vehicle with the same care and urgency they gave mine. If I lived closer, I'd drive two hours to this shop for any service my vehicle ever needs. I trust them that much.
