I didn't mention anything to his son, because it's important to establish contractor communication skills prior to signing contract. I already know that if I have to complain before the contract is signed, then it will be a struggle to get the work done correctly or at the agreed-upon price. It's important to give a contractor every opportunity to do the right thing and to see how they execute simple customer service tasks. I was promised an estimate by Tuesday, 27 May but nothing has arrived in the agreed-upon email account. I inquired about the quote on text and nothing. I verified that nothing was accidentally sent to spam and nothing. It is now 8 PM on Saturday, May 31. Unfortunately, I can't trust Signature Touch Landscape to present common courtesy to me or my neighborhood.

I gave Gil very little direction for what I wanted in both my front and back yards, but he completely understood the vision and created a beautiful, cohesive design that exceeded all my expectations. They completed extensive work--including driveway extensions, irrigation installation, turf and sod, lawn curbing, gravel laying, and planting a variety of beautiful plants and trees--all in just one week! Despite the aggressive timeline, everything stayed on track, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Gil is clearly passionate about what he does, and it shows in the results. His team was hardworking, respectful, and a joy to have on-site.
