My driver rear was low being 24 lbs instead of 34lbs like the rest.. and so I could just go to my tire shop near home in Stockton or look for one nearby. This place is literally down the street from where I work being a 2 minute drive. I had to park in the back row where all the rolling doors are seen and his was open and met the guy and told him the issue and he took the tire out... showed me one nail and one thick staple in the center. Like how much bad luck can I have I just had a flat last month on m my front driver side. So he got on working with the repair being two patches as I requested and I think the whole process was maybe 20-25 minutes. And pricing is fair and location is convenient to me. I highly recommend!

I reached out to this shop for an emergency alignment job. I had previously taken my car into a…read morenational, well-known franchise for regular maintenance. They informed me an alignment couldn't be completed by their shop. Unfortunately, after getting it back, my car was nearly impossible to steer, I would get thrown into other lanes and it felt like my car was going to slide right off the tires. It was dangerous to drive. Enter Manteca Tire & Wheel Outlet, after explaining what I needed I was told I could bring it in. They were open about not being able to do the job as well (I've owned the car for 10 years now, with several shops having difficulties aligning it--and no shop ever being able to get it to spec., even when the car was stock. It's a clear manufacturer defect.) And while it did take some time to complete, they were rather busy at the time, and still found time to accommodate me for this emergency. But they were very communicative during the entire process. They were even super apologetic they couldn't align it to spec., which I fully expected. Price was fairly good, much better than the previous shop, and they even gave me a break because it couldn't fully be aligned correctly. The car drives so much better now. For me it ALL about 3 points. And in my categories I would give it 1 point or 0. But with that said if it gets 1 point with me then it's already worth going to the business. And if it gets ALL 3 points then it's a gem and not to be missed. For me looks and aesthetics can be faked by making some thing look good even if it lacks good quality. Here's my 3 categories I do my ratings: Excellence = I give it 1 point for service Value = I give it 1 point Travel = I give it 1 point (worth the travel) 3 points is the maximum I give and it gets my maximum high score possible. Came here needing quick service. I called ahead and was given a decent quote for a used tire ($60)…read more I ran down there and I was immediately taken in. The technician quickly got the tire off and got the used tire on. Next, he did a dynamic balancing. Because I had a front end wobble, he suggested he checked the other front tire as well. I think he was gonna do it for free, but I offered to pay $10. Upon taking the tire off, he quickly spotted a nail in it. He removed it and tested the tire to make sure it wasn't leaking. Since the tire was still good, he did a dynamic balance on it and mounted the tire. I felt the service was really good and better than most tire shops I've gone to. About the only thing I didn't like, was that they required cash. They have an ATM machine in their office area. So I had to get cash out to pay them. Their ATM machine cost $3.00 to use. So I wish I was told on the phone to bring cash. But other than that, I was very happy with the service. If I need another tire, I know where I'll go!
