We just had a pool replaster job done so I have been getting the water tested for 6 days now with the Leslie's in Pearland (where the customer service is top notch and run by Lauren - a great lady). We needed to go out to Webster, so we thought we would stop by this outfit to have our daily test done. First, he could not find us in the computer although I had all the printouts from the Pearland (and another from Webster) indicating we should have been. He appeared frustrated and put us back into the computer but did not put our address in and put in a wrong email address despite the fact he had it typed on paper right in front of him. His assessment of the lab results was brisk and short. That did not bother me (I deal with worse than that being an RN for 30 years), but what did bother me was his subsequent comment of "you need to get the chlor brite" and then proceeded to walk to the back room. He had no intentions of getting the 10-pound box for me and I didn't know if I was to yell for him when he was in the back that I needed to be checked out. Prior to entering the back room, he stopped to chat with a man who had a question about the shock. I just stood there because he was between me and the box I had to take up to the counter myself. When he was done chatting with the man, he turned to me and said, "Oh, are you waiting for this?" and then took the box up to the counter and then checked me out. My husband was in the car waiting for me and came in to help me take the box out, so he was not a witness to all of this. When I got into the truck, I told him the clerk was very rude and nasty. My husband's comment was "He is still there? I have had to deal with him before and thought the same thing." Now we will only deal with Pearland.

While I was able to support keeping my last pump running for 19 years, I did manage to damage a new Pentair pump I purchased. Pentair wanted me to use a preferred provider that doesn't return calls, and would only cover parts. It was more important to me to take the pump to a place I trusted and pay for the repairs out of pocket. Back in business without having to reprogram anything. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working.
