Even a difficult delivery (on our deck on a lake behind the house) was overcome with the help of a crane and care! It wasn't until we got in contact with someone else that she admitted this was an ongoing issue and that she would help fix what her son had done. She then GHOSTED us. Do not work with Arturo directly. His work is not remotely up to code and he's never finished the work even months later. He has essentially run off with $30,000. The mother is apparently phenomenal to work with- but Arturo CANNOT be trusted. He falsely advertised that this was his company.
