We had been looking for a hot tub for about 6 months. We went to several different places closer by to us originally and are so glad we came across them. We bought a refurbished tub from Pat and he tuned it all up for us, cleaned it, and even held it for us for a bit before we got our patio pavers put in. We would have gotten a new tub from him too and plan on doing so in the future after this tub. He lent us a loaner cover because ours was back ordered and when we found out it wasn't the right size, he allowed us to meet half way to switch ours out at a gas station free of charge. I felt so compelled to write a review, because you just don't find businesses run by amazing people like this often. Phenomenal experience and so grateful for him and his amazing team.

She had not slept well in years; and for the first time in years she can sleep! I absolutely love that I can move the chairs around to fit exactly what we are needing combined with where we want to sit depending on the mood. Service has been excellent as we figure out temperature; the water PH (it takes a minute - stick with it or empty and start over - we are all different!) but with the help of staff and the free water testing, we think we have it managed! Friendly and knowledgeable, they even suggested we wait a few days to take advantage of a sale coming AND a rebate! Saved us thousands! Even a difficult delivery (on our deck on a lake behind the house) was overcome with the help of a crane and care! We had shopped several different types of spas, and glad we chose Bullfrog, as it was the only one that we could manage the pressure and power of the jets independently (again .. spinal damage cause's pain with too much pressure) If you want to invest in a spa; I highly recommend the service, care, and ability to answer questions and problem solve with the team at Glacier Pool Supplies & Spas. Though the staff at this Leslie's location can't make me change my mind about having a pool, they sure do make it more bearable! On more than one occasion, we brought water samples here for some assistance in keeping the (money pit) in crystal clear condition, and these folks are so very conservative. In other words, they DON'T try to upsell you on expensive chemicals. In fact, on the most recent visit, they tried feverishly to talk me down from the ledge ... to no avail. If you own a pool in the Seabrook/Clear Lake area, I sympathize with you. If your pool service company operates as poorly as mine, I invite you to join me at therapy sessions. No matter, I invite you to employ the Leslie's team at this location. They truly are quite good at what they do!

I handed them to a young guy and he brought the new parts out rang me up and I left. Got home and they did not fit. This was unbelievable because he had the old parts in his hand. I had to make a second trip to the store to get this resolved. I've been in the store twice now I have picked up on an attitude both times.
