I truly appreciate that they offer free quotes and, more importantly, they follow through on exactly what they promise. They communicate clearly, notify me in advance before a technician arrives, and put everything in writing so there is no confusion. Every week, they notify us in advance and provide a thorough report of their services, complete with before-and-after pictures. I want to give a special thank you to the technicians who have serviced my pool over the last three consecutive weeks. Each one of them has shown great knowledge, professionalism, and a true understanding of what they are doing. Their technicians are incredibly thorough, spending nearly an hour ensuring the pool is cleaned properly and treating it exactly as advertised. Most impressively, thanks to their expertise, my pool went from green to blue in less than two hours on day one! They offer reasonable and fair pricing, and they treated me and my pool with complete respect. It is rare to find a company that puts their professional ethics into action like this. I feel truly blessed to have found them, and their name perfectly represents their high standard of service. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August!
