I wasn't able to experience the customer service, so this is a quick review of the things I noticed there. The line does get long. I was there at approximately 10:45A on a Friday. I was 6th in line. The price is $25 as of January 2024, like most general emission check points. It's located at the corner of Maynard and Memorial with the Shell gas station.

this is usually the place where my family and i go to for emissions, but i have to find a new one…read morenow. they hired a new man instead of the sweet older one that is usually there. i pulled up and was waiting for the new guy to motion me to drive in, he was sat there chilling for 15 minutes playing on his phone and drinking lemonade when there was no other customer ahead of me. i pulled in and he did not greet me, i said ready? and he said nothing back, im waiting some more and then he said "can i open your car door" i said "go ahead" but he opened it so forcefully, literally yanking it open. then im waiting some more and he says something like "i need your undivided attention, do you even want to get this done?" and im confused because ive been sat in my car waiting for him to say something to me, i look at the screen and see he wants me to say my mileage now. he never asked for it. i said my mileage and he looks pissed for no reason. then he tells me to get out of my car. i said i usually never have to do that here but sure, and he says nothing back. i'm waiting out in 40 degree weather for him to run the test. again, he says nothing when he is finished so when i see he is done i get back in my car. i could have gone anywhere else for a $25 emission but i used to love this specific place because they're usually fast and nice. but i will not be coming back
