I had a wonderful experience with Arlene at ABCO Art. Arlene could not have been nicer or more helpful. She carefully looked at the diploma, explained my options, and rather than simply trying to sell me an expensive framing job, she actually called St. John's University to find out whether I could obtain a replacement diploma. She then suggested a much less expensive framing option that would solve the problem beautifully. I was particularly impressed by her honesty. She could easily have sold me the more expensive option, but instead took the time to find a solution that would save me a considerable amount of money. That kind of personal service is increasingly rare. Arlene was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution rather than the most expensive one. I would absolutely recommend ABCO Art and will go back to them for any framing needs I have in the future.

I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.
