My wife and I hired Adam's moving company for a home move across north Seattle, from Maple Leaf to…read moreour new home in Broadview. Customer service with Adrian to set up the appointment, gauge the size of the crew, and set up a load site with no parking signs was smooth. On the day of, two big trucks and 5 movers came and were friendly off the bat. We did a walkthrough of the house, and then they went to work! For customers, just stay out of the way and give input where needed, because it'll be hand trucks and furniture flying out the door, with speed and care. One team member unfortunately had to leave early due to a family issue, leaving a 4 man crew with a 5 man job, but they persevered anyways. With the reduced crew size, Brian, the lead, reduced the hourly rate appropriately, which seemed fair. Everything went totally smooth, and they let me reposition furniture in the new home once the trucks were empty. Brian, Justin, Sahib, and Solomon were all very easy to work with and made moving day less stressful than it needed to be. I highly recommend this company to anyone else moving! Money well spent.

These people will not leave me alone. I am attempting to sell my home and buy another place. They…read moretook it upon themselves to claim that I contacted them and they were simply responding to my request. That was untrue. I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. (Adding a screenshot showing the area where the 509 area code is.) Second update 9/24/2026 This business has now been messaging me directly telling me that the phone number is to a Texas firm. I explained that the 509 area code is Eastern Washington and reiterated that I did call the number and confirmed multiple times. It was the Adams moving company in Washington state and they even confirmed their address in Seattle. I suggested if they feel somebody is pretending to be their company perhaps they should look into that. I can only post a review based on my actual conversations with their company and the communications I've had. Posting a screenshot showing where the 509 area code really is.
