We contacted J&C Equipment and spoke to Charlie, in March 2024, seeking help with repairing an older, upright electric forklift; the drive belt had snapped and we were completely lost in trying to find the essential part(s). This was my first experience with J&C, but I can't say enough great things about them. I had a forklift go down at a job site, and I had a crew sitting around unable to do any work. I called J&C, and Charlie was at the jobsite within minutes. He determined the problem, and got the forklift operational again in a very short time. My crew was able to savage much of the work day thanks to J&C. And their service call charge was more than reasonable. BTW, I had call United Rental, and they put in a service request order for me. I reached out to J&C Equipment because someone broke into my warehouse and among the things they took they also took my forklift keys. My business is 95% reliant on my forklift being operational at all times.
