The claim to fame for this Dukes of Hazard looking operation is to hyper focus the dispatcher on whatever insurance company they have a service contract with and when a stranded motorist pops up, the dispatcher shit-weasels herself into sending whatever person is near to the motorist before the competition even sees the screen. All the 'employees' are 1099 contractors using their own vehicles. One loser contractor has worked for ages for the owner, has a inferiority complex and drives a whored up truck he owns with the owners business names plastered all over it. When I worked there, the owner appointed this paragon of few teeth a title like 'Grand PooBah of North Pinellas County Road and Twinkie Delivery Service'. Basically, the owners take advantage of people on hard times and make them pay for gas, gas cans, flashlights, batteries, wiper rags, tools and such. They do give ya Car burglary tools though. Stay clear and wait for a properly configured and trained tow truck operator to get you out of trouble.

I received a confirmation call 10 minutes later, then a call from the driver ten minutes after that. Dave arrived exactly as promised, changed the tire quickly, and my wife was headed home within minutes. He was personable, focused, and made sure the job was done correctly. I called, spoke to Mike, and a very smooth process started. Mike clearly communicated the plan and schedule after insurance said what they would estimate to fix it and Mike agreed it could be done for that price. I dropped the car off, at a very clean and comfortable facility. It was fixed ahead of schedule. I paid (since the other driver's insurance had reimbursed me) and all is well! This whole thing started with a person hitting my car in a parking lot. After I got video proving who was at fault, their insurance decided to address the matter and everything ended well. Thank you Mike and Robert's Collision Center for being so easy to work with and fixing my car. Life is good when a unfamiliar process ends well.

We were quickly greeted by our sales and leasing consultant, Andy. He is a low pressure amiable guy. We found the wagon that we wanted on the lot but it was already sold. Apparently, the Outback Touring model is a tough one to keep in stock. After a couple of days, we decided to put $1K down and order the wagon (which is assembled in Indiana). Andy kept up email contact with us at least once a week as we were both motivated for a quick sale. We were told 6 to 8 weeks and it arrived in 5. We were pleasantly surprised when our wagon arrived. There are a bunch of high tech innovations on the Outback Touring model and Andy was very patient with us in explaining the ins and outs of the wagon. We were told that we can give him a call with any questions. I'm glad that they have concern for the customer after the sale because most dealerships do not. As far as financing goes, we had secured a pre-approval from our credit union prior to shopping for a vehicle. However, Subaru did offer 0% financing and that looked very appealing. We applied at the dealership and were approved for the 0% but it's only for 48 months and we wanted to do 60. They said OK but the rate would be just a bit higher. The good news was that it was still below what our credit union could offer. The bottom line: We felt no pressure from the sales staff. It was actually an effortless shopping/buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you haven't checked out the Subaru's, you should stop by and take a test drive. They're awesome vehicles!

I've been there twice so far and it's always such a mediocre experience. I go for my regular…read moreservice visits. Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. The lack of customer care is astounding.
