On Sunday, I received a call from a gentleman who asked a few questions about my inquiries. He mentioned that my requests seemed reasonable and that a salesman would reach out on Monday. That Monday morning, Adam called, and I knew right away that this would be a great experience. We completed the entire process via text, just as I had requested. He provided a quote for my current vehicle after I sent a few pictures and videos, offering me exactly what I was looking for as a trade-in. Adam presented a quote that I was very pleased with, and we were able to complete the credit application online. At 7 PM on Tuesday (New Year's Eve), I informed him that I wanted to move forward with the deal, and he had everything ready for us to pick up the car the next day by noon. The car was completely detailed, and the finance guy was prepared--we were in and out in less than 90 minutes! Crazy, huh?! It was seriously the best car-buying experience I've ever had--quick and easy. Adam was professional and attentive throughout the process. The dealership itself was modern, clean, and open, with high ceilings. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Infiniti of Tampa to anyone looking for a luxury experience when purchasing a luxury vehicle! Thanks again, Adam!

They delivered this beautiful car to me, the transaction was smooth and easy, until... I didn't get my second key. "We will ship it to you tomorrow". I have called, emailed multiple times, "Oh the parts department is closed, we will send it tomorrow". I have literally had the car for a month. I paid for a brand new car, including the 2nd key. What frustrates me is why they would take such a great experience and turn it into such a negative one. No key, no email, no return phone call, now I am just mad! Send me my second key or the $750 to buy and program one. Seriously, how stupid to do this to a customer who was so happy with this transaction, until now. As they say, treat somebody right they will tell a friend or two. Treat them wrong, they will tell ten (or the world as the case may be). Everything is my opinion, but if customer service is important to you, maybe go elsewhere!

The Difference Between a Great Dealership and a Great Team…read more After shopping at several Hyundai dealerships across Florida, Greg and I experienced firsthand just how much the people make the difference. Our experience at another dealership was frustrating. We were told that an advertised promotion was essentially just a way to get customers into the showroom. We also received a trade-in offer before anyone had even taken the time to properly inspect our vehicle. It left us feeling like earning our business wasn't the priority. Then we visited Germain Hyundai, and everything changed. From the moment we arrived, John You treated us with professionalism, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. He took the time to understand what we wanted, answered every question honestly, and never once made us feel pressured. His knowledge of the vehicle and commitment to customer service were exceptional. Equally impressive was Jami Bordner Gribes, the Internet Sales Manager. She delivered exactly what she promised. There were no games, no surprises, and no bait-and-switch tactics. She was transparent, responsive, and worked hard to earn our business instead of assuming she deserved it. The entire Germain Hyundai team proved that buying a vehicle can actually be enjoyable. They respected our time, valued our trade, worked with us fairly, and made us feel appreciated throughout the entire process. In today's market, consumers have plenty of choices. What separates one dealership from another isn't just price. It's honesty, integrity, and how you're treated. Germain Hyundai earned our business because they demonstrated all three. If you're looking for a Hyundai, I highly recommend starting with John You (727-528-1225) and Jami Bordner Gribes at Germain Hyundai. They turned what had been a disappointing shopping experience elsewhere into one of the best vehicle purchases we've ever made. Thank you both for restoring our confidence that outstanding customer service still exists. You have earned customers for life.

Their "waiting room" is one nasty kitchen chair in parking lot. Another customer occupied so I had to stand. They had no secretary. They worked on my car for 3 hours and got nowhere. Half the time the mechanic was on phone. I had a question- no one in office- front of shop open- no choice but to approach mechanic. He rudely and angrily told me I could not enter shop. Meanwhile there was a lady standing in shop for an hour watching her mechanic. They finally tell me they need to order an injector and would call next day for time. They did not tell me to not drive car. I waited all day - no call. I called them the following day they angrily told me they had not called due to being busy. They did not acknowledge that they should have either told me they MIGHT call next nor take 20 seconds tell me of delay. When driving to new appt the miss had worsened and car caught afire. I paid tow company $120 to tow to them. They then said they would not look at car due to fire. I had towed to another shop to be informed that car not worth repairing due to fire. Worst auto repair experience ever.
