First off, I told them to please clean my patio area and they refused! Mentioning that it wasn't in their job description!! Second, they refuse to take of their shoes in my home! Which then I gave them booties to wear. Once they made way into my living room, I told them to help fold laundry as I have already done them and I only needed help with fold. Again, they said it 'not part of their job' with some attitude. At this point, I basically asked them "So what do you guys do?" One maid Mariza responded saying: " We clean surfaces without moving any items" The other maid Rosa demanded we show her the rooms. As she walks into the master bathroom, she started spraying Multi surface bleach cleaner ferociously onto my natural stone bathroom tiles.. ANYONE with common sense (especially professional cleaners) would know that you should NEVER use such harsh chemicals on natural stones. The bleach etched and burned the surface of my natural stone bath tiles!!!! I mean SERIOUSLY?!? & it's not like I can even ask them to compensate for our loses. Also, our toothbrushes were completely covered in the chemical she sprayed. She didn't even CARE at all. I mean, who does that??!? Not to even mention, Rosa gave us so much attitude when we ask her to put on her face covering! & to see her remove the booties we had provided her to wear walking in our master carpet floor! SO DISRESPECTFUL. I had to clean and disinfect my home all over again after they maids left. 30 minutes in, I basically ask them to leave my home as I felt so uncomfortable, so disrespected and so unhygienic! DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I never usually bother writing reviews but this time, I HAD to make sure that if they decide to run a service base, cleaning company, please train your staff with the right knowledge and also please hire someone who knows how to be respectful of others.
