It's hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop these days, but AnA Tire & Automotive definitely earned my trust. I'll be returning for future maintenance and repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality automotive service. Thanks again to the team for making the process smooth and stress-free!

Quoted $2,118 just for coils (parts costs). Quoted over $2,000 for a partial tune-up (2 coils). I found the parts online, 8 coils, 16 spark plugs, wires for $192-$550(performance). I can have it done at the dealership for far less or I can do it myself! Median range for this job is way less. I guess you could use them for diagnostics. Feel like Kacal's is way overcharging.

One star is too generous. Eric's Car Care seems friendly up front -- but once something goes wrong,…read moreit becomes delays, excuses, and attempted add-on charges. Unfortunately, my experience matches what other reviewers have described. Also, this company has a few unresolved BBB complaints recently. In May 2022, they installed a throttle body on my 2007 Ford Explorer. Shortly afterward, the vehicle began having intermittent stalling, and it has steadily worsened. A throttle body should last 100,000 miles or the life of the vehicle, so this kind of failure this soon after installation is unacceptable. Last week, a second mechanic at a Yelp four-star shop inspected it and said the throttle body was "faulty out of the box" and not a Motorcraft or Original Equipment Supplier part. When I brought the vehicle back to Eric's, they kept it for three full days, then told me "nothing is wrong" and attempted to charge me $125 to "look into it" -- exactly the kind of delay and added fees others have warned about. The manager blamed the delay on having only one mechanic and my vehicle being "in line." To make it worse, they claimed the warranty had expired, but when I asked for the signed warranty documentation, they couldn't produce it. If you're going to deny coverage, you should be able to provide the paperwork you say I agreed to. Run -- don't walk -- away from this shop.

But it turns out I put it off for too long and also needed new calipers. He lifted my car up and showed me how they were leaking brake fluid. And this didn't surprise me because I could feel my car was no longer braking. He finished everything during my work day and only charged $1,000. Initially, they were prompt in calling me to say the car was fixed, so I picked it up two days later. However, shortly after, I noticed the car was leaking fluid. I called them immediately, and they asked me to bring it back in. After doing so, I was assured they would address the issue. Unfortunately, the car continued to leak fluid even after their second attempt to fix it. I was forced to return the car to them once more. This time, they kept my car for two months, during which I never received a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. Each time I called or visited, I was given a different reason for why the repair was taking so long. It was incredibly frustrating to be without my car for such an extended period without any satisfactory communication from them. Eventually, they told me they couldn't fix the problem, but their explanations were vague and unconvincing. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing. Due to this experience, I am giving Deleon Mechanic Shop a one-star rating. I will not be taking my car there again and would caution others to consider my experience before choosing this shop.
