My Mr. called around a couple places and got estimates but most won't help us unless we spend 5 thousand or more. During the winter, we used the wrong salt and one of our steps cracked and we needed that replace and 2 other that were wearing down. The rest of the steps were fine and didn't need work. Companies that came out and looked at it was told we would have to replace the whole steps at a ridiculous amount. Some we had a hard time getting them out here to even look at it. Finally he found this company. They were willing to fix the three steps, clean and seal it at a reasonable price. I put down half the deposit in January but had to wait until March. Till it warmed up. Which was understandable. My Mr. was communicating with a representative named Daniel. He was responsive every step of the way. When that time came, they were super quick and it took only two days. I couldn't be more happier. I would highly recommend this company for concrete work. Solid.

Until I found this place right on here. Am I glad I did? Definitely! They did an amazing job for a great price. I called them up in January asking about an estimate. Daniel came out to my place within days while I was at work to check it out. Luckily, I didn't have to ditch work to be there. He gave me an estimate of $2,500 to repair the steps and seal them, which would be a two day process, scheduled for when it got warmer around late March. The company requested 1/2 of the price as downpayment, $1,250. On the last week of March, the crew came in on Wednesday to clean the steps and patch, and they were very respectful to my property. The next day, they came back to seal it up, even fixing the three steps leading to my front porch withour adding to the estimated price. When I came home after thet were done, I was absolutely pleased by the job they did, especially for the price. My steps look brand spanking new and I have the peace of mind knowing they're safe. This company is super-responsive, very friendly, and truly great at what they do. Daniel and his crew did even better than I'd expected so I'd vehemently recommend their work to anyone needing concrete work. This company is legit for sure!

But they also quoted nearly $3000 for new gutters in that section because they said there was no way they could do the work without destroying the gutters. I've had work done on fascia boards before with no issues. Feels like a bait and switch in my opinion.

Had a small hiccup with installation and they were able to quickly problem solve to get the job done. They also vented the exhaust through an exterior wall and thankfully our existing cabinetry was able to be reinstalled for a seamless look. Natalie was an absolute joy to work with. Great with communication and always on time. She was tireless with the installation, and even helped with things like getting compliance paper work with local village ordinance taken care of. And it was getting installed right before that bad snow that took 2 weeks to melt away. She would apologize over and over about the disruption due to the weather. Like she controlled the weather. haha. But it did get installed and I am very pleased with the outcome. The fence product quality itself far exceeds anything you would find at a big box store. Alex arrived with his employee to get them situated and was back later in the day to make sure we were pleased with the job and that the debris had been cleared out. Even that has an issue with it, because it's hard to tell exactly which set of stones is which. There's a lot of workers, but they're hard to flag down because they're cruising around on Bobcats, etc. -on two different occasions, two different team members used language in front of our 7 & 6 year old daughters that...we'd prefer them to not hear. I'll leave it at that -the delivery pricing is kind of odd. It's based on region and I get it mostly, but we live on the very edge of Loveland and it's pricier to have things delivered to our house than it is to Centerville. Based on miles, time, as the crow flies, there's no way I can figure out of where that makes sense. In any event, I'd probably use them again, but go in with the things I mentioned above.
