He seemed like a caring person and a good listener. I had told him about aunty's recent hospitalizations... and he went to visit her in the hospital! Located on the third level of the Mary Savio Medical Plaza, Dr. Harada's Office was clean, bright, and decorated with sakura (cherry blossom) stickers! The staff were efficient and professional! The doctor was very helpful and intuitive! He went over the medications, treatments, and suggested practical things for aunty to do... plus, he sent her to the lab for bloodwork. Thanks for taking care of my aunty. See you again in a couple of weeks!

He picks and chooses who he wants to be nice to. If your pediatrician referred your child to come here for issues regarding your child's spine health, please consider other places. Shriners Children's is an awesome hospital but watch out for him because apparently he works there now too. There was no improvement every appointment I went to because he has stated he doesn't have much experience dealing with my problem (2 lumbar disc herniations that caused a compressed sciatic nerve). So glad I have found another doctor. It has been 2 years now since I last seen Dr. Izuka, I feel much more secure and comfortable knowing I can see my new doctor and not be afraid. Also, there is also something very internally wrong with the lady that guards the toys. Why lay it all out there like that and expect people, especially children, to behave a certain manner?

Waited less than 10 mins to be brought into the back by the medical assistant & was seen by Dr. Izuka shortly after. Dr. Izuka was very gentle with my toddler, reassuring & very thorough with instructions/aftercare/treatment plan. Overall great experience here as the provider and staff were extremely courteous to their patients & caregivers. Unfortunately, I had to find another provider because my work shift had changed and Primary Care Plus isn't open on the weekends and they close relatively early. I try to refer him to as many people as I can because I truly believe he is the best and is very much invested in seeing his patients succeed and thrive. The Office is pretty big and it's always clean. The Staff is friendly, I really always enjoyed when Jade would help me. X-rays were ordered, but the results were never properly explained or reviewed with me in a meaningful way. Instead, I was quickly recommended a steroid injection in my shoulder and was told it would resolve the issue. I was even told he would give the same injection to his own wife if she were in my condition, which strongly influenced my decision to proceed. I moved forward based on that confidence. At one point, a lower lumbar steroid injection was also suggested, but I declined that treatment. I also specifically asked if I could continue going to the gym and was told "no problem." Based on that guidance, I signed up for a one-year gym membership and paid for a personal trainer. Within a few months, my pain returned and worsened. I scheduled a follow-up appointment on 10/22/2025 but waited approximately 55 minutes with no communication or update. I ultimately left without being seen. Despite this, my insurance (HMAA) was still billed for the visit, which I am now disputing. The office environment also raised concerns. The practice is located in a retail-style complex rather than a traditional medical setting, and the front desk area felt disorganized and overcrowded, with multiple staff members/helpers gathered around the main desk without a clearly structured office setup. I also had concerns about patient privacy during check-in. During my visit, at one point, the doctor took out his phone and showed me information about another patient he had assisted, which felt completely unrelated to my care. The only positive part of my experience was one medical assistant (a young male staff member), who was professional, respectful, and efficient. After seeking a second opinion, I was advised to immediately stop going to the gym. That physician identified a significant calcium deposit in my shoulder (about the size of an almond) and ordered further imaging, including an MRI, I had a lavage treatment to remove the almond-sized calcification. I was also informed I have lumbar stenosis (L1 and L2), which had not been clearly explained to me previously, and I was referred to physical therapy. Looking back, I regret not trusting my instincts about Dr. Ky Le and his office from the start. I also feel that the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm was not reflected in my care. My condition worsened and I ultimately required further treatment after his care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this practice.

I had extensive surgery and needed a doctor that had skills. I had an MRI after months of pain and physical therapy. Assessment with Dr Chang was accurate, and he suggested surgery. Surgery was done in town. Numerous verification and health checks, physically and mentally. I had NO second thoughts. I knew I was in good hands. I was prepped for surgery. The nurse even offered a shot to numb my veins. Great if you are a hard draw or IV line, only ONE poke. Got wheeled into surgery room, chatted a bit, breathing mask put on..out like a light. Woke up in recovery and sent home. I was given pain meds but after couple days Extra Strength Tylenol was ok. Pt was done with Elam Sports, Dr Chang provided Pt guide. Within 6 weeks I am semi mobile, I now can do 100% Weight bearing with brace and crutches... on the road to recovery. Highly recommend Dr Chang and Steven Cocking. Nurse is also sweet. Let them know I referred you, you will be in good hands.
