They have easily accommodated my walk in phone call requests and front guy is so nice. I requested a woman and they had no problem switching out my guy right away once I checked in. Pricing is so fair, so I would just make it up with the tip. I've had "KK" or "Kay Kay"? a few times and she's gooooood. My Chinese is super basic but she got what I was saying with my vague grunts and charades lol. Hmm, just a heads up though that you're not going to be in private rooms. There's a room with an array of beds and curtains. I'm sure you can go as a couple but I def can see it getting awkward if there's like a customer moaning or snoring which has happened to me. I don't really care though, I end up falling asleep or tuning it out.

It requires the masseuse to have not only a lot of knowledge about the unique technique but also open heart and mind because she uses her entire body and energy including breath to focus and release physical and emotional tension from the body which are interconnected system. It's a holistic type of massage and I could not have asked for more. I had tears in my eyes and I felt instantly lighter upon leaving the place. This is my favorite type of massage and not many places know how to properly perform it. Kate combined the LomiLomi with a little bit of deep tissue and thai stretching at the end which was perfect. My husband had deep tissue and thai stretching with Amie and he loved it as well. He works out a lot plus he coaches soccer daily on youth pro level so he is constantly under stress and moving a lot. He told me she was a tiny lady so when he saw her he was afraid she won't have enough strength but he was so surprised haha she was really strong (and that's what he needs). Luckily, as we communicated through the massage (my choice as it helps me feel more comfortable with the person who's working with me) I learned that his influence is rooted in eastern massage and he made plenty of adjustments to make sure he was effective for me. He ended up using hot stones and checking in often with amount of pressure and comfort and eventually moved onto have a really great neck, and shoulder massage. I suppose it could be worse but it really disturbed my relaxation. Even though the spa provides free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, it's still bulk industrial cleansers. It dried out my skin, didn't feel very good after showering. It's just slightly better than rinsing off the sweat in a hot shower. The men's TV room was blacked out, no TV on, a large quiet room. But, who can find peace in there with loud snoring and other noises coming from outside or the AC ducts. The cafe is still there. Didn't eat but the delicious smell of bul-go-gi was so amazing. It got me hungry. You have the ability to charge purchases to your card on account by providing the locker number assigned shown on the provided wrist bungee key holder.

However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

(-1 point) The pressure was extremely light and slow, and she spent most of the time just moving up and down along my spine in one direction. (-1 point) I'm not exaggerating when I say that's basically all she did for my back. I could've paid my 3-year-old niece to do the same thing. She also tried to work on my neck, and I had to redirect her again to focus on my shoulders. After I said that, she briefly used her knuckles and applied heavy pressure, but it only lasted about 2 minutes before she went right back to the same up-and-down motion on my back. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable, as if she was reacting negatively to being redirected. (-1 point) I was worried that if I asked for medium pressure, she might respond too aggressively (like using her elbow). At that point, I realized it wasn't really about adjusting the pressure, but the overall technique, and that's not something I should have to coach her during a massage. Communication was difficult throughout the entire session. (-1 point) Afterward, I shared my experience with the front desk, and he did adjust the pricing from a #4 trigger point massage to a #1 body massage, which I appreciated. (+1 point) Another thing to note is their stamp card system. Apparently, the stamps only apply to a specific type of massage. So if you get a body massage one visit and a trigger point massage the next, they count toward separate cards. That means to earn a free massage (buy 12, get 1 free), you'd have to stick to the same type every time. It doesn't really incentivize you to be a regular or loyal customer. Overall, the experience was terrible. I've had plenty of massages at different businesses and this one felt like the masseuse didn't even try. I used to come here because of the price, but I won't be coming back.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have been suffering from torn shoulder ligament for last three weeks. You have to literally lay down on the floor there is no bed. What pacharakorn Sukpitaks (Apparently, the manager) did was, to hold my two arms and pull them aggressively from the back while I am laying down on the floor. I am having sling for the last three weeks, thinking this is going to get better but it is not. They do not take cards or check ONLY CASH, so you cannot prove you have been to their location.
